Summarize areas of strength and outstanding skills: Erin Wolfe is organized, well-prepared and creates an environment of student success and student engagement when she teaches. When she teaches the class is well-managed and it is obvious that the students she teaches respect her and lear from her. She communicates with me on a regular basis, seeking ways to improve and incorporates new and innovated methods in the classroom environment that help students. T — Summarize areas that can use improvement: I cannot think of any feedback I could give Erin Wolfe to help her improve. Ihave taught for almost twenty years and she relates and connects to students better than instructors with years more experience. The only area could see that would need feedback would be for her to try and not overwhelm herself with too many responsibilities. I realize she is teaching, going to school and working full time.
