Club. Although private in its membership, LeBaron Hills opens its dining and function facilities to the
public.
The Cape Cod style clubhouse is charming and elegant as well as refined and sophisticated. The
Ballroom offers panoramic views of the golf course and is renowned for breathtaking sunsets. The
course offers numerous picturesque locations for your wedding photos and the landscaped gazebo
offers a perfect location for your ceremony.
Your guests will enjoy cocktails and hors doeuvres on the terrace followed by a delicious meal
presented by our professional on-site culinary team and service staff.

Deposits:
All weddings require a $1500 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after seven (7) days and are payable by check,
cash or credit card.
Refunds:
In the event that the function is cancelled by the client before the function is held, the deposit less a $500.00
administrative charge will be returned provided that LeBaron Hills Country Club is able to re-book the space
reserved, on the same date and time, with a similar function having the equivalent number of guests. In the event
that LeBaron Hills Country Club is not able to re-book as set forth above, the entire deposit will be kept as liquidated
damages.
Payments:
Your minimum final guest count is due two weeks prior to event as well as final payment. This number cannot be
reduced regardless of the number of guests that actually attend the reception. Full payment is required fourteen prior
to your reception. A credit card is required for incidentals such as open bar.
Guarantees:
A guarantee of 125 persons is required for all Saturday evening weddings during the months of May through October.
Food & Beverage:
All food & beverage must be provided by LeBaron Hills Country Club and is not allowed to be removed from the
premises. In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, alcoholic beverages may not be brought in or removed from
the premises. LeBaron Hills Country Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at any time. We
reserve the right to discontinue bar service at any event if minors are found with alcohol in their possession. Bar
service ends one half hour before contracted end time of event.
Fees and Tax:
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for functions arranged up to 90 days prior to function will be
honored. All food and beverage prices, fees and charges are subject to a 20% administrative charge and 6.25%
Massachusetts sales tax.
Liability:
Liability for damages to premises caused by any of the customers guests or any vendor will be charged accordingly.
LeBaron Hills Country Club is not responsible for damage or loss to any personal property of equipment brought onto
the premises by any vendor, nor is LeBaron Hills Country Club responsible for the actions or service performed by
any vendor. Vendors are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages while working and meals are to be paid by the
client.
Rental Room Times:
Each Wedding may use LeBaron Hills Banquet Room for a five hour time frame; if no other event is scheduled, an
additional hour is available for a $500 fee.
