2016-2017 SMART Goals

My hour 1 + 2 sixth grade ELA students will write a narrative/creative text to


develop imaginary experiences and events using the techniques on the checklist
through completing the root Monster narrative by the end of 2 nd quarter. Bree

By the end of second quarter, 100% of my white level readers will meet black level
entry requirements based upon the IRLA requirements. Shelby Kann
By the end of the second quarter, I want to increase the necessary skills for 85% of
my black level students to make 0.15-.30 years growth. Melissa Oliver
By the end of 2nd quarter, 27/27 of my 6th grade ELA students will be able to write a
narrative/creative text to develop real or imagined experiences or events using the
techniques on the checklist by completing their root monster narrative. Hannah

By the end of 2nd quarter, I want to increase the reading level of all 4 students in 2R
by one IRLA color level so that my students can advance to the white level. Carise

100% of my 3Y Kindergarten students will know at least 25 sight words by January
27th, 2017, so that students can gain entrance into the 1G color level. Megan

I want to increase basic addition fact fluency for nine of my students at or below C
level in Rocket Math by moving up five levels by the end of quarter two. Kaloni

I want to improve my class addition fact scores from 75% of the class getting 10/10
to 98% of the class getting 10/10 on the addition fact assessment by the end of the

By the end of second quarter, I want 100% of my Kindergarteners to increase the

By the end of 2nd Quarter, those students who earned Ds and Fs 1 st Quarter will
increase their final letter grade by one letter grade through turning in 100% of

By the end of quarter two, 95% of the students in my math classroom will know
100% of their basic multiplication facts (0-10). Jessica Schuster

By the end of 2nd quarter, 95% of my students will correctly complete the process of
multiplying 2*2, 2*3 and 3*3 by using the multiplication and addition tables and
