WARRANTIES

PERFORMANCE WARRANTY MODULES

DMEGC Solar modules include a linear power output warranty. This is assurance that
the DMEGC Solar Module will be up to performance every year.

25 Years Linear Power Output Warranty

This guarantees more than 90% annual power output after 10years and more than
80% annual power output after 25 years.

DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

Upon testing and commissioning of the complete system, INIT Philippines shall
perform a handover of the complete system to the customer.

The Defects Liability Period (DLP) shall be a period of 12 months and shall commence
from the date which the system has been successfully handed over to the customer.
