General Lauren Noether and Michael Bedard. We w i l l not be conducting an investigation of, or
charging cither Attorney Noether or Mr. Bedard.
A s you know, members of this office have attempted to communicate with you and Mr.
P^BH!^ in an effort to try to understand the issues you are raising. Mowever, you have refused to
cooperate in those efforts and refused to recognize the legitimacy o f the mail sent from this
oftlce or the email responses that I have sent. Because o f that, we will not be responding to any
future correspondence from you.
