B. Cluster Evaluation
The clustering result identified main five domain categories
as Vehicle, Medical, Film, Food and Book. Evaluated cluster
quality using purity, entropy, precision, recall and F-measure
which were also use in previous researches to evaluate cluster
results.
In our evaluation procedure, evaluated edge count based
method, HTS approach which uses ontology learning, CAS
approach which uses machine learning and our approach
which uses both ontology learning and machine learning.
Purity is used to measure amount of truly classified class
per cluster and is defined as:

Recall% F-Measure%
12% than CAS method. For all other clusters, however, our
approach obtained better precision values. The book cluster
obtained the lowest precision and recall values and other all
the clusters obtained the precision and recall values greater
than 90%. According to the recall values Film cluster obtained
100% value for our approach. It obtained higher recall values
50% than edge-count-based method and 12% and 16% for
HTS and CAS respectively.
When comparing the results, it could observe that some
extracted features of WSDL documents failed to identify their
ontology. Specially some services from book cluster is tends
to placed in wrong cluster. As for the precision and recall
values, our approach obtained higher values for F-measure.
The F-measure value is increased of all clusters except book
cluster by placing all services correctly.
Here conduct a comparative study with existing
approaches will increase the validity of proposed approach.
This evaluation results verify that proposed approach is
efficient and accurate than previous two approaches.
V. CONCLUSION
New approach proposed a method for Web service
clustering which is combining both HTS approach using
ontology learning and CAS approach using machine learning.
This method contributes to overcome the previous two
approaches issues considering both day-to-day Web updates
with the domain context and Web services relationships using
generated ontology. The implementation of new approach
took more running time. Because it search Web data through
the internet according to the CAS method. This new approach
used machine learning by SVM to capture the similarity value
of generated ontology considering domain context. It used
SVM method for calculate service similarly and show better
performance comparing with previous edge count based, HTS
and CAS approaches. Experimental results verify that the new
proposed approach is accurate and efficient than previous two
approaches, improving the average precision value by 24.59%,
4.69%, 9.16% and average recall value by 29.04%, 2.04% and
