AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT AND CERTIFICATION
I, Florencio B. Damaolao, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Burgos,
Pulangbato, Cebu City, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:
1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land under Lot No. 1124, located at Burgos,
Pulangbato, Cebu City covered by Tax Declaration No. 94GR-01-012-00452;
2. That adjacent to my lot is Lot No. 10865, covered by Tax Declaration No. 10865,
previously owned by my brother Celestino B. Damaolao;
3. That Lot No. 10865 was sold to Ricardo L. Damaolao and Edilberto D. Bacasno;
4. That part of the lot I owned has been used and is still being used as a road right of
way;
5. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth and veracity of the foregoing
facts as to my undertaking to give consent to the owners of Lot No. 10865 to use part
of the lot I owned, Lot No. 1124, as road right of way.
