AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, Franco Perez y Boa, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Barangay La Paz, Zamboanga City, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and state that:
1. I am the younger brother of Rodrigo Perez, and I am living with him in our
ancestral house in Zone 2, Barangay La Paz after our parents passed away in
2011;
2. I am presently unemployed but doing some repair jobs in a small makeshift
hut I erected along the road in Zone 2, La Paz for a small pay;
3. My brother is working as milk delivery man with DJ Fresh Farms located in
Barangay Ayala. He is known in our community because his work involves
delivering bottled fresh milks to our neighbourhood and other areas;
4. About past 10:00 oclock in the morning on June 13, 2016, while I was
doing a simple repair on a motorcycle referred by a friend, Rodrigo Duterte
passed by the hut and told me he just came from the residence of Berlie
Duterte to deliver milk and that he is headed for the next delivery;
5. Rodrigo also told me not to wait for him for dinner that day as he will be late
in going home that day because he going to have a date with her girlfriend in
Paseo del Mar;
6. That I executed this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts.
