AFFIDAVIT OF NON TENANCY

I, RODEL ABRENICA DECIPEDA, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at Block 17 Lot 3, Diamond St., Veraville Philam, BF Resort Village, Las
Pinas City and provincial address at Calumpang East, San Luis, Batangas, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say, that:

1.
I am the registered owner of a one parcel of land (agricultural land)
situated at Calumpang West, San Luis, Batangas, covered by OCT/TCT No. P-3018,
and under Tax Declaration No. 024-22-0010-026-04, the parcel of land is more
particularly described as follows: A parcel of land (agricultural land) containing an
area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN (1,815) SQUARE METERS.
2. I do state that the said land is not tenanted, nor primarily devoted to the
production of rice and/or corn, nor worked on by any agricultural lessee, and has never
been leased by me to any person/s or firm, since the time I acquired ownership
thereof.
3. This affidavit is not for the purpose of defrauding creditors nor for evading
taxes, legal or judicial process or liens, there being no such creditors, taxes, process or
liens sought to be defrauded or avoided.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts,
documents and the contents thereof for all its legal effects, intents, consequences and
purposes, and in compliance with the requirements of Sec. 13 of RA 3844 and Sec.
106 of PD 1529.
