SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT


TO SHOW THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE PROJECT
IMPLEMENTATION
A.

PRE-PLANNING:
Attended the Orientation at the Council.
Determined the project after the consultation with the
Barangay Officials.
Organized the Work Group who will assist and help in
the implementation of the project.
Researched some information and backgrounds about
the project especially about the culture and tradition of
Filipinos.
Earned the needed badges especially related to the
project.
Submitted Endorsement letters of Parents and Troop
Leader.

B.

PLANNING:
Prepared the Plan of Work and Schedule with Work
Group and Troop Leader.
Presented to the Barangay Officials the Project Proposal
for their approval and support.
Prepared the budget to determine the needed funds to
finance the project.
Listed down the materials needed for the program.
Found out the data of the children and venue for the
project.

C.IMPLEMENTATION:
November 2015 June 2016

Conducted orientation about the project.


Gathered and completed the data of the children.
Weekly meetings with the Work Group, Troop
Leaders and Resource Persons.

Knowledge
about culture and tradition was shared.

The project
was started.

We prepared
the researched for the children.

Demonstrated
Filipino folk dances.

Conducted
some fun games, interesting activities & lectures.

Conduct a
Filipino folk song contest with the resource person.

Assessed the
total budgets were spent per a month.

Monthly Report
and Accomplishments were prepared.

Formal TurnOver of the Project to the Barangay Officials was


held.

Logbook was
prepared and completed in three (3) copies.

D.
TURNING OVER OF PROJECT TO THE
COMMUNITY LEADERS:
The power point presentation of the project for 6
months.
Awarded Certificates of Participation to all the children.
As part of the ceremony, the project was already
passed to the community as the continuation of it.

E.EVALUATION:
The project was evaluated June 14, 2014 by the following
Evaluators with the attached Evaluation Report:

F. PREPARATION OF REPORTS:
Logbooks and CD were prepared and completed in
three (3) copies.
Logbook and CD were submitted to the GSP Council.
