Description
CALMICA-FLEX 0917 is a multilayer insulating material consisting of a glass cloth as carrier and mica paper impregnated with
epoxy resin.
CALMICA-FLEX 0919 is additionally covered with a PET-film on both sides.
CALMICA-FLEX tapes are highly flexible, thermosetting mica paper tapes with excellent dielectric properties. After curing the
consolidated insulation still shows some flexibility.

Application
CALMICA-FLEX tapes can be used e. g. for the insulation of overhang parts of coils for high and low voltage machines as well
as for insulation of copper wires and connections.

Minimum 6 months at 20 C

Processing Advice
Curing condition: 3 hours at 160 C or 6 hours at 140 C
