Make specific problem statement to the point --- YOUR PAPER MUST
HAVE AN ABSTRACT

Regarding my project, Doctor T suggested that my problem is not

focuses or correct. She suggested that I because I want to focus
on the organization leadership, that I use the case of one
successful leader and listen to his story and then listen to other
people that work with him but most importantly with those that
no longer are working with him at the moment in order to
triangulate the information.
Also I could use an ethnography case but I would have to stay
clothe to him for about one year and follow him everywhere to
be able to right about him.
Need to find literature about it to back the problem up. The
problem must be clear. In order to narrow it down.
This will be a qualitative project should look into Seidman
about interview 3 different interviews first about his life story,
second about the work experience, third about his reflections
what makes him tick, what makes him to be that leaders.

ONE DISSERTATION ONLY- but what will be your focus on that big
problem.
