Guidelines for Parents of Nurs ery Students
Uniforms
1. The official school uniform is worn
daily. It consists of :
White, short-sleeved polo shirt with
a name patch (limited to 25 characters
ONLY) sewn on the left breast pocket
above the school seal with the N patch
attached just above the slit of the
pocket. The polo shirt is to be worn
without being tucked in.
White undershirt
Short khaki pants
Plain white socks
Low-cut black leather shoes
2. The official P.E, uniform is worn
during your sons P.E. day. The P.E. School (GS-ODS).
schedule will be announced once All these should be properly labeled but
classes start.
The uniform consists of:
Rubber shoes (without fancy
lights and roller skates)
Blue XS P.E. shorts
Yellow XS P.E. T-shirt
The uniforms will be available at the
XS Bookstore during enrollment period.
Fetching Card
A Fetching Card will be issued to every
Nursery student for security reasons.
All parents, guardians, yayas and
drivers are required to present this
card to the Guard-on-Duty (Gate 6)
upon entrance and exit of the school
premises.
For your childs safety, the use of the
Fetchers Card will be strictly imposed.
The holder of the Fetchers Card is
responsible to take very good care of it.
Any loss or change in the information
on the Fetchers Card should be
reported immediately to the Office
of Disciplinary Services in the Grade
School Materials
Most of the school materials are
given when you purchase them
upon enrolment. Please refrain
from labeling them until specific
instructions are given to you on the
first day of school during the Open
House. This is to ensure uniformity
in the manner of labeling the folders,
HSCN and books of your sons.

Canteen will serve snacks to ALL Nursery students.

After the month of July, you will be given the
option either to continue to avail of the snacks
served by the School Canteen or to let your son
bring his own baon. For health reasons and to
instill good eating habits, please take note that
carbonated drinks, candies and other junk food
are NOT ALLOWED. We will send you a circular
to this effect in due time. Any change in the
snacks reservation should be coursed directly
to the Canteen personnel.
Class Schedule
The opening of classes for Nursery will be announced during the enrolment period.
Your son is required to come in complete uniform on the first day of classes.
His school materials might be distributed by his teachers on this day.
The first day of classes on June 8, 2010 will be an Open House. This means that parents
will be allowed to be with their sons to meet their teachers. Parents and children will
also get a chance to do some classroom activities together. Parents can also go around
the EARLY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT (EED) building to look at the various facilities of
the school.

Please note that snacks will not be served to
the Nursery students on the first day of class
since its only Orientation day.
Payments
Parents or their representatives should pay
their sons snacks, tuition, school supplies and
sports fees directly to the Accounting Office
from 7:45 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Teachers will not handle payment of such
nature on behalf of any parent.
Communication
We expect all parents to regularly read and
respond to all forms of communication
(notebook, circulars, written notes from teachers,
announcements posted in the Bulletin Board by
the entrance gate) from the school.
On this day, the schedule of classes will be from 8:00 10:00 A.M. for the morning
session, and, 12:30 2:00 P.M. for the afternoon session. Everyone should be in
school by 8:00 a.m./12:30 p.m. because important announcements will be given at
the beginning of the session. You may, however, decide to leave earlier than 10:00
a.m./2:30 p.m.
On the following school day and thereafter, parents, guardians and caregivers will be
allowed to accompany the child only until the drop off point which is the EED gym
(Gate 6).
A special schedule will be followed for the first week of classes.
The specific time will be announced on the first day of class through a circular.
The regular class schedule is as follows:
