very important because they attract consumer and increase sale and profitability.
From this, tools company target consumer who use their product in daily life.
Company invest more money in promoting their brand with different product
that they have.
Sending messages to consumer of offers that are running in outlets or publish
advertisement like FLIPKART, they give advertisement of Maha Sale in
television for increasing sale. Moreover, clearing their stock.

Q5. Half of the consumer said as per the requirement they buy soap or
detergent. It might be 4 or 5 times in a month.
Half of the consumer said as we go to supermarket we buy in a bulk.
Q6. 50% are loyal to brand which they are using. 40% are checking offer in
detergent and soap and buy the product. And remaining 10% do both check
offer to their brand or not. Or they do shopping on Wednesday.
