1.

VENDOR agrees that all charges are due prior to closing date for given publication(s). VENDOR agrees that payment with
placement secures their position pending approval of publisher.

2.

Upon default by VENDOR in any payment called for under this agreement PUBLISHER will not place VENDORs ad in
publication(s).

3.

Contract period is one to four publications within a year. Acceptance of advertising is subject to publishers approval and
agreement by the VENDOR to indemnify and protect the publisher for loss or expense on claims or suits based upon
contents of the subject matters of such advertisements. This includes suits for Libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement
and unauthorized use of a persons name or photograph. Cancellation notice must be made by phone call or email within
10 working days prior to publication. A short rate will be made to any account that cancels prior to the full
execution of the contract. VENDOR shall be responsible for notifying PUBLISHER of any copy changes by the first of the
month for the following issue. In the absence of a change order, the previous months ad will run.

4.

Publisher is not responsible for any errors made in advertisements nor in the event an ad is not published. In the event an
ad is not published, VENDOR will be refunded.

The printed and written provisions of this agreement contain all the terms, covenants, conditions and representations of
either party, and any additions to, alterations of, or changes in this agreement, to be binding, must be in writing and
executed by the parties.
