Ensemble Scolaire Bourges (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Wenzao

Ursuline University of Languages (hereinafter referred to as Party B) agree to
execute the Online Chinese Courses, in order to advance the parties cooperation
relationship. The parties agree to the following:
Article 1 Cooperation Scope
With a mutual desire to promote Chinese and to build an internship environment
between Ensemble Scolaire Bourges and Department of Applied Chinese , Wenzao
Ursuline University of Languages signs this Academic Cooperation Agreement.

Article 2
Party B appoints Lin, Tsui-Yun () as the project leader for this cooperation,
and 8 university students (listed below) to serve as the course tutors.

Article 3 Cooperation Period

The cooperation period is from _ October 01_, _2016__ to _ January15_, _2017_.
During the event, the cooperation period may be prolonged by mutual consent of
Party A and Party B when both parties have a practical need to extend the cooperation
period.

Article 4 Cooperation Contents

4.1 Course Title: basic daily Chinese
4.2 Teaching Objectives: Students will learn basic daily Chinese and engage in
basic daily conversations with provided situations.
4.3 Course Target: students of Ensemble Scolaire Bourges
4.4 Student Number: each class should have about 8 students
4.5 Course Hours: each course: 12 periods

4.6 Class Time: each period: 60 minutes

4.7 Classes Taught: __once_ a week (each time one period)
4.8 Course Contents: Pronunciation, common vocabulary, sentence patterns and
basic conversations in Chinese.
Article 5
The class will be conducted on the Skype

installed by Party A & B.

Article 6
The teachers who have passed the interviews by both Party A and Party B and have
signed the contract will receive a formal contract in English.
Article 7
The tutors of Party B are entitled to the copyright of the class materials written and
complied by them, in order to protect their intellectual right.
