Good Day! We are BA Political Science III students of Cebu Normal University working
on our study, The Correlation of Poverty Incidence Rate and Drug Rate in Cebu
Province. We plan to determine if there is indeed a correlation between these two
variables: Poverty Incidence Rate and Drug Rate and to do this, we would therefore like
to request from your good office that you share the following data with us. We welcome
the opportunity to discuss this request at a time and place convenient to you. To help us
conduct our study, we would like the following information if it is relatively easy to obtain
or gather and make available:

Drug Rate Statistical Data of Cebu Province (if possible from years 2009,
2012, and 2015)

We are indubitably in need of the following data for us to complete our study as the
other variable provided by Philippine Statistical Authority (PSA) is only by province and
region with 3-year interval at that.
We already went to PNP Camp Sotero last time and made the same request for
statistical data for drug rate but only on Cebu City level. Unfortunately, PSA could only
provide data on regional and provincial level. As a result, we were not able to meet our
deadline of submission of our study through email yesterday as our gathered data were
not compatible. We absolutely want to be honest with our study so for our two variables
to be at the same level and unbiased, we are now requesting from your good office the
only data we need for our study to be completed.
We want to complete our quantitative research today, and if the statistical data is readily
available anytime, if there is any way for us to have the data today, October 31, 2016,
we would gladly, ultimately appreciate it.
