Desired minimum years of previous work experience of the candidate

Indicative salary range + other perks like medical, accommodation, leave etc.

Any other information, which will assist us in the search.

Our Strategy for Recruitment process:

After the information is obtained, THE PLACEMENT GURU


understands and analyses in detail the type of project for which the client is
recruiting candidates and the profiles which in its opinion will match the
requirement, based on its experience and in-house expertise.

A combination of the following activities is undertaken for gathering profiles,


scrutinizing applications and eventually short-listing candidates:

1. Searching our own existing database for matching profiles.


2. Headhunting candidates through various personal contacts in the industry.
3. Headhunting from other companies in the similar industry.
4. Hosting vacancies on subscribed job portals.

Advertised Requirement

In case THE PLACEMENT GURU is of the opinion, that a specific


requirement of a client requires advertising in local newspapers/magazines in
order to access a larger range of profiles, a proposal to that effect is submitted to
the client THE PLACEMENT GURU prepares a draft advertisement, detailed
costs and provides the same to the client for its prior approval. Only after receipt
of prior approval from the client and full payment in advance for the display costs,
the advertisement is released for publishing.
Short listing and final selection

THE PLACEMENT GURU undertakes the following activities and conducts the
following checks before sending the CV to the client.

1) Checking Communication skills


2) Experience related to the job vacancy
3) Availability / interest for the said job vacancy and job location
4) Current salary details & expected salary
5) Checking whether the candidate can relocate within the stipulated time frame.

After the above matches as per the client's requirements, only the short-listed
CVs are forwarded to the client, for their perusal.

The final shortlist for interviews to be conducted is obtained from the


client. THE PLACEMENT GURU ensures coordination of the interview date, time
and venue with the client and the candidate. Interviews are held either
telephonically or in person as preferred by client.

It is standard market practice, for clients to re-imburse candidates who reside


outside the city of interview for their to and fro travel costs (either train /air fare)
as per seniority of the assignment.

After the interview process is completed and the client decides on the
offers, THE PLACEMENT GURU undertakes the tasks of reference checks from
previous employers, checking whether the candidates are in possession of
academic and work experience certificates.

Terms and Conditions:

1. For recruitment services, our service fee is equivalent to


12.6% for Top

Management Critical positions and 8.33 % for middle level


management

(as per mutually agreed terms for existing

Clients) of the recruited candidates Month Cost to the


Company

(PA CTC) plus Service tax as per Govt. rules while for our key
Clients for

Long term business association, it is negotiable and subjected


to your kind

Approval.

CTC will be the annual cumulative total of the following: Basic + CCA
+DA

+Special Pay +HRA+ Medical + Conveyance +PF +LTA +Gratuity +

Superannuating +Commissions +Bonus EX-grated. + Housing or


company leased

Car or any other allowance paid or promised to be paid.

2. Bill for payment will be raised after 15 days from the date of
joining of
The candidate and it should be cleared within 30 days of
receipt.

3. If the selected candidate leaves before the one month of


joining, we will give free replacement within 15 days.

B. GOVT LEVY / TAX

a. Service Tax on professional fee as per govt .regulations.)

Would be payable over and above our professional fee.

b. Any other levy / tax imposed by Central / State Govt. from time to
time

C. PAYMENT TERMS

Our professional charges shall be payable within Fifteen days of the

D.GENERAL TERMS

1. Terms of appointment of the selected candidate to be intimated to


us

Immediately upon finalization.


2. Candidate(s) once sponsored by The Placement Guru Services

Shall be treated as our candidate(s) if absorbed for any position by


your

Organization including sister / group companies if any, for a period of


twelve

months year from the date the resume was forwarded to you.

3. As a special case The Placement Guru will

Provide free replacement in the event the candidate selected through

The Placement Guru leaves the organization within

three months from the date of joining. This warranty shall extend only
to provide a

Replacement and does not cover refund of professional fees under any

Circumstances. The warranty shall further become void in the event


the

Candidate is asked to resign. Terminations and other forms of


cessation of

Employment from the employers side will not be covered by the


warranty.

4. In the event the resume forwarded by The Placement Guru has been
received by you and Candidate has been interviewed

Thru The Placement Guru, the candidate will

Remain The Placement Guru candidate for

the purpose of billing.

We can conduct the campus placement on the behalf of your


organization. We have a tie up with lot of MBA institute in Haryana,Punja
Location. our hr team will conduct the campus on many colleges and
then short listed candidates will be sent to you for the final placement.

Our candidates will go through the producer of GD session and PI by


theplacementguru team. Then short listed candidate will be sent to you

Terms & Conditions

The Manpower Consultancy service is provided by THE PLACEMENT


GURU to the company (employer) on the following terms and conditions.

The employer shall provide us the copy of the appointment letter as soon
as the same is issued to the candidate.

THE PLACEMENT GURU gives the assurance of replacing the candidate


free of cost only in case of his leaving the company for reasons known to
himself, or in case of company terminating his services, within three months
from the date of his joining. However, any such case shall be brought to the
knowledge of THE PLACEMENT GURU in writing and adequate time given to
arrange any such replacement.

In the event that a potential candidate is recruited by the client for any
Position/Post/Vacancy other than which he was originally intended for, within
one year of THE PLACEMENT GURU providing his Bio-data to the client,
than the terms of this agreement shall apply as if the candidate was intended
for the position/posy/vacancy that he was actually been recruited to.

THE PLACEMENT GURU will not offer a placement opportunity to a


candidate recruited by the client in pursuance of this agreement for a period
of one year from his/her date of recruitment by the client. Provided that the
recruited candidates employment is not affected by conditions of
redundancy.closure, restructuring, change of management or such
circumstances of the client.
THE PLACEMENT GURU shall not be held responsible for any
inadequacies in information (as provided to THE PLACEMENT GURU by the
client to be communicated to the potential candidates) as provided to or
understood by the potential candidates.

THE PLACEMENT GURU does not guarantee and is not responsible /


liable for the action / nature / habit / ability / past record of the applicant/s
(employee/s selected by the company) about their candidature that they are
true and correct and that THE PLACEMENT GURU shall not be liable to the
company in event of any wrong information and details given by the
applicant/s (employee/s selected by the company) and/or by THE
PLACEMENT GURU.

THE PLACEMENT GURU are the placement and recruitment consultants


and are not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any dispute that may arise
between the Applicant/s (employee/s) and/or the Company (employer).

THE PLACEMENT GURU is not responsible / liable for any action /


gesture / act / behaviour / speech / language etc. of any employee/s
(candidate/s) against any person/s during the working / non-working hours
after/before he/she is selected (recruited) in the company.

CONFIDENTALITY CLAUSE:- It is understood by and between THE


PLACEMENT GURU and Client that
1. THE PLACEMENT GURU will not disclose information that may be
classified as confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of
entering into this agreement.
2. The appointment Letter and the terms contained therein are confidential
and shall be used by THE PLACEMENT GURU only for the purposes of
billing and accounting.

All rejected resumes shall be sent back to THE PLACEMENT GURU


immediately after short- listing of the resumes that qualify for the first or
subsequent rounds of interview.

No candidate as well as papers / resumes will be diverted or passed on


by the client to any group company or associates or friends or relations
without the prior consent of THE PLACEMENT GURU. In such situation THE
PLACEMENT GURU shall raise the bill for any such candidate with the
company and the company shall be liable to pay the full amount as per the
industry norms. Any candidate if further refers any other aspirant / friend for
any position with your company that new candidate shall be considered
referred by us and the fee is payable to us for that candidate as per the terms
mutually decided.

All disputes are subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction only.


All payments to be made in the name of THE PLACEMENT GURU

Organization (Client) will provide list of selected candidates after
interviews .

Please sign the copy of this letter as token of your having read and
understood and accepted the same and return it to us for our record.

We request you to please inform us the names of short-listed
candidates along with their respective joining dates and IDs at the earliest. We
shall raise the payment advice / Bill after we receive your confirmations.
