Jacobs is the lead contractor providing EPCM services for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Project. This
contract is worth $2.8b of surface and infrastructure works and will see us leading the way for over 6
years to deliver this project successfully and safely.

Reporting to the Training Manager and based on site at Oyu Tolgoi Mine in Mongolia, we are looking
for an experienced Training Advisor who can commence as soon as possible. This role will be FIFO
from Ulaanbaatar and it is a requirement of this role that the successful candidate is a Mongolian
Resident

Knowledge and Responsibilities include:

Delivery of induction and awareness training to better equip personnel to

manage risk and personal safety
Consistent delivery of course and saftey information
Support the HSE Team during in-field coaching of contractors on safety
standards
Conduct assessments using approved assessment tools
Data entry, record keeping and reporting
Review and development of training programs and materials
