PREPARATORY PRAYER
My Lord Jesus Christ, you have made this journey to die for me with love.
I have so many times abandoned you, but now I love You with my whole
heart. And because I love you, I repent sincerely for having offended you.
Pardon me , my God, and permit me to accompany you on this journey.
You died for the love of me.
Grant me your grace to love you forever by following your will. AMEN
First Station :
Jesus is condemned to Death
Prayer:
My adorable Jesus, it was not Pilate, no, it was my sins that condemned you
to die. I ask you, by the merits of this sorrowful journey towards eternity with
you.
With your help, let me love you more than myself, my beloved Jesus.
I repent with my whole heart for having offended you. Grant me your grace
to love you forever by following your will. AMEN

Second Station:
Jesus Carries His Cross
Prayer:
My most beloved Jesus, I accept all the difficulties and trials in life.
I ask you, by the merits of the pain you suffered in carrying your Cross, to
give me the necessary grace to carry mine with perfect patience and
resignation.

Third Station :
Jesus Fall the First Time
Prayer
My beloved Jesus, it is not the weight of the Cross, but my sins, which have
made you suffer so much pain.
By the merits of this first fall, deliver me from falling into sin.

Jesus Meets His Sorrowful Mother
Prayer:
My most loving Jesus, by the sorrow you experienced in this meeting, grant
me the grace of a truly devoted love for your most holy Mother.
And you, my Mother, who were filled with sorrow, obtain for me by your
intercession a continual and tender remembrance of the Passion of your Son.

Simon Helps Jesus to Carry the Cross
Prayer:
My most sweet Jesus, I will not refuse the Cross, as the Cyrenian did; I accept
it, I embrace it.
I unite it to your death, I offer it to you.
You have died for love of me; I will die for love of you, to please you.
Help me by your grace.

Sixth Station:
Veronica Wipes the Face of Jesus
Prayer:
My Most beloved Jesus, your face was beautiful before, but in this journey it
has lost all its beauty, and wounds and blood have disfigured it.
Alas, my soul was also once beautiful, when it received your grace in
Baptism; but I have disfigured it by my sins. You alone, my redeemer, can
restore it to its former beauty. Do this by your Passion, O Jesus.

Jesus Falls the Second Time

My most gentle Jesus, you have always pardoned me, but still I continued to
offend you. By the merits of this new fall, help me persevere in your grace
until death. Grant me the strength to overcome all temptations so that I will
always remain in your love.

The women of Jerusalem Weep over Jesus
Prayer:
My Jesus, filled with sorrows, I repent for my sins that I have committed
against you. I weep not because of the fear of hell, but because I always turn
from your love. With your help, let me love you more than myself, my
beloved Jesus.

Jesus Falls the Third Time
Prayer:
My beloved Jesus, by the merits of the weakness you suffered in going to
Calvary, give me sufficient strength to conquer all human weaknesses, and
all my wicked passions, so that I may not cause you more sorrows and pains.

Jesus is Stripped of His Garments
Prayer:
My innocent Jesus, by the merits of the torment you have felt, help me to
strip myself of all affection to things of earth, in order that I may place all my
love in you, who are so worthy of my love.

Jesus is nailed to the Cross
Prayer:
My beloved Jesus, loaded with pains, join my heart to your most Sacred Heart
that it may remain there to love you forever. I love you more than myself; I

Jesus is Raised upon the Cross and Dies
Prayer:
O my dying Jesus, I kiss devoutly the Cross on which you died for love of me.
I have merited by my sins to die a miserable death; but your death is my
hope. By the merits of your death, give me grace to die, embracing you and
burning with love for you. I entrust my soul into your hands.

Jesus is Taken Down from the Cross
Prayer:
O Mother of sorrow, for the love of your Son, accepts me, and pray to Him for

Jesus is laid in the Sepulchre
Prayer:
My beloved Jesus, I kiss the stone that encloses you. But you rose again the
third day. I ask you, by your resurrection, make me rise gloriously with you at
the lasy day, to be always united with you in heaven, to praise you and love
you forever.

Fifteenth Station
Jesus rises from the Dead
Prayer:
My Lord and my God, words cannot express what awaits us. I have seen my
life in succession, i a vast array of images. St. John of the Cross prophecy is
true : In the evening of life you will be judged by love.

Concluding Prayer
Almighty and eternal God, merciful Father, who gave to the human race your
beloved Son as an example of humility, obedience, and patience, to precede
us on the way of life bearing the Cross. Graciously grant us your grace that
we, inflamed by his infinite love, may take up the sweet yoke of his Gospel
together with the mortification of the cross, following him as his true
disciples, so that we shall one day gloriously rise with him and joyfully hear
the final sentence: Come, you blessed of my Father, and possess the
kingdom which was prepared for you from the beginning, where you reign
with the Son and the Holy Spirit, and where we hope to live with you, world
without end. AMEN
