Compressor Module: AirMaster P1

1. Overall
AirMaster P1, which is developed by our technique
with European prominent company, is based on
industry computer, control compressor automatically.
It checks and updates system automatically.
Specially, 65Bar(950psi) is developed for small and
medium rotary, vain, reciprocation compressor with
reasonable price. Interruption of electric power is
prevented automatically.
AirMaster P1 increases customer convenience and
energy-reduction by automatic loading, unloading and modulation according to pressure setting
value.
Compressor operation status will be on LED screen with the traffic light text sign, touch, key,
pictograph etc. and it displays Fault symbol, alarm code while it is operating.

Pressure Control

Compressor is operating between PU (idle operation set) and PL(load operation start setting
value). If pressure reached Pu, compressor starts idle operation. If pressure lower to PL,
compressor begin to load operation.

Auto-stop; Run-on-time

If compressor begins to move idle operation run-on-timer will begin.

If run out the Run-on-time, compressors main motor will be stopped and compressor will
go to standby status.

AirMaster P1

Blowdown Timer

If the motor is stopped, compressor will be in blowdown time to release air. Motor wont be reactivated. The setting value is for reactivating motor and releasing Sump. You can set 0, when
it is unnecessary.

Stop Time

When you press Stop(

) button, compressor will reactivate and main operating motor

remains idle operation until reaching Stop time setting value.

The setting value is decreasing Sump pressure, composition of compressor is stopped. It
prevents oil backward of compressor composition parts and decreases Sump. It prevents
compressor composition parts and air filter oil.

It applies compressor when compressor starts loaded operation.

If the compressor starts idle operation, the setting value will be decreased automatically.

Compressor exceeds Stop time and takes Stop(

) Stop idle operation. Compressor will be

stopped without adjustment of this time. If you dont need this function, you can set the setting
value 0.
