Currently assigned as a Lead Design Engineer in GETZ Astola Pharmaceutical Project. Our Scope of
Job Includes, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of IBMS. Responsibilities include,

Preparation and Submission of Shop Drawings.

Preparation of AS BUILT Drawings.
Designing of wiring layout.
Integration of CCTV, ACS, FAS and PAVA system (HVAC Controls in future) on one platform.

Achievements and responsibilities:
HUBCO (International Power) Project:
I have recently worked as a site Engineer for our BMS project at HUBCO power station. Brief
description of project.

I Received safety training under HUBCO personnel to work as a acceptor on site.

I have acquired the certificate to work as a acceptor (Plant only) and am able to receive safety
document to carry out work which requires one.
I was on site in installation, testing and commissioning phases.
Two AHUs and two CUs were installed to maintain the temperature of the Excitation unit
between 23 to 25 oC.
They required redundancy on two levels, first on the AHU level and secondly in the case of
power failure of one DDC.
We developed the program on Comfort point open studio and the GUI of the system on
HMI Web builder, both software are from Honeywell.

Equipment Used

Controllers: Honeywell's CP-IPC and CP-EXPIO.

Senosrs and Switches: Temperature and Humidity sensors of MAMAC systems and
Differential pressure switch of Honeywell.
