REACTION EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE


The following questions are to guide your reflections on and reactions to the STEM Teacher Training Programme in
which you participated. You are kindly asked to complete the questionnaire and submit via email by Friday 4th
November 2016 or in person on Saturday 5th November 2016 at the scheduled meeting. The email address for
submission is: winoah.henry@gmail.com.
This questionnaire is divided into TWO main sections. Section A requires some of your personal information,
Section B relates to your programme experiences. Think through and provide your personal responses to each
question/statement.
