Miriam Snyder, Petitioner, writes and sends this Notice regarding the attached Respondent
Egans additional ARTIFICIAL, UNAUTHORED AND ERRONEOUS, suspension orders,
specifically, her Notice of Restoration, dated 10/17/2016. This computer crafted, artificial,
imaginary and un-authored document, exemplifies Respondent administration of artificial,
terroristic and treasonous documents, which harass, terrorize, and cause harm and could have
been used to pit the police against Petitioner and other good standing drivers, under false
pretenses. This mistaken Respondent suspension entry has an erroneous original suspension date
of 9/21/2016. Please see exhibit 2.
There should not be any artificial suspension notations on the Petitioners driver record because
all of the artificial Orders, are based on imaginations and illusions of law. Respondent Egans
artificial driver license suspensions have no authority and no human blood live person associated
with them.
The Respondents treasonous artificial seizure of driver license order, is a deity creation/concoction
being enforced by treasonous attorneys, like Respondent Egan, as described below.
This type of fictional administration is directly rooted in the deceptive and malicious
misapplication of the definition of a corporation and the imaginary person associated with the
definition. Please see exhibit 1. There is no lawful reason for Respondent Egans imaginary
person creating, using, and mailing out imposture court orders that demand money.
The erroneous Respondent criminally concocted date and driver license suspension notation
causes the Petitioner additional and preventable injuries based on Respondent unregulated
organized fraud and false pretenses administration. There is no original suspension date in this
matter because there is no signature, valid law to justify any order, and there is no service of
process, jurisdiction. There is no valid or authored drivers license suspension order.
There is no complaint, summons, affidavit or Notice. Please note carefully, Petitioner, Miriam
Snyder, does not consent to any part of artificial, imaginary, fictional, illusionary and or
delusionary administration, with specificity artificial or fictional court administration. Petitioner,
Miriam Snyder, demands this matter to go before an Article III judge who has a public record,
easy available, required, official oath to the New York State and United States Constitution.
Petitioner will file such in the public record to blockade any further treasonous actions.
Additionally, Petitioner, demands a copy of Rebecca Culley, the Assistant Attorney General of the
State of New York, official oath to the New York State and United States Constitution. She is
representing the treasonous Respondents in this matter. Her official oath noted above will be
sought for the world to clearly see what kind of governance is being enforced. These authenticated
documents will facilitate the needed investigations, prosecution and the dismantling of treasonous
attorneys.
Respondent Egans illusionary and artificial suspension orders used in this matter are artificial
corporate deity creations consistent with the lack of a signature of a live person. The artificial
orders represent the Corporations imaginary and artificial authority, standing and leadership.
Please see exhibit 1, clearly showing the legal definition of a Corporation and showing that the
leadership and authority embedded in any corporation, is an artificial and imaginary
person/deity. Hence, in this matter, Respondent Egan and her subversive and treasonous agents
and attorneys have enforced deity governance, specifically, artificial legal document
administration, over constitutional and consumer protection laws. These Respondent actions
illustrate treason.
Under the governance structures of New York State, a living human being, creates and controls
the corporation. Under treason, an artificial and imaginary deity, controls the corporation and the
people, and does such through plausible deniability, as has been manifested in this matter
consistently. Plausible deniability is a satanic management system that has no place in government
and in governing.
I respectfully demand the immediate stoppage of the use of Respondent unsigned, un-authored
and imaginary legal documents epitomizing the use of artificial/imaginary management over the
corporation and we the people, by treasonous lawyers. Plausible deniability will not work here.
Each treasonous attorney, obstructing NYS laws cited in this matter, to enforce artificial seizure
orders, money demands, and artificial debts, will be prosecuted, under our constitutional and
treason laws and not corporate artificial laws. Treason operates and festers off of artificial
authority, consistent with the role of Satanists/treasonous attorneys.
This means an investigation will be launched with respect to the authentication of each and every
treasonous attorney associated with the enforcement of Respondent and alleged attorney Egans
artificial orders, money demands and her cult members, the New York State Tax treasonous
attorneys, and their artificial debts in this matter. The Respondents attached additional fictitious,
unsigned, plausible deniability, terroristic letter is an example of the multiple imposture crimes
the Respondents have enforced on good standing drivers such as Petitioner. Consequently,
Petitioner is filing this Notice of intent to sanction and report Respondent Attorney Egan and other
treasonous attorneys, administration of Satanism/artificial court orders and documents, that
overthrew NYS governance structures, the laws cited below, pursuant to 18 USC 2381, Treason.
As the attorney representing the Respondents, I am offering Attorney Rebeca Culley, the
opportunity to curtail the Respondents inflicted and ongoing injuries, enforce the maxims of law
and to do such immediately. Specifically, enforcement of the below corporate maxims of law, is
demanded, because such teaches all living bodies, with authority over the corporation, that The
State, more specific, the corporation, must be subject to the law, for the law creates the
Corporation, the State.
Without law, no state, more specific, no corporation could exist. No nation. No county government.
No international force. No state, more specific no corporation, of any kind can exist without laws,
for it is by laws that states, corporations, are created. Please see exhibit 1, the definition of a
corporation, identifying its imaginary and artificial legal status, leadership, its standing to sue, and
it being created based on law by and for man and the enforcement of the laws that created it. This
maxim teaches us that, just as the state, more specific the corporation, is created by laws, so the
state/corporation must be subject to law. Every state/corporation is subject to these principles of
law ... for only by the principles of law can we judge the state/corporation as just or unjust, wise or
foolish, strong or weak, treasonous or not.
Only the government willing to submit to law is justified to require others to submit to its power ...
for its power derives solely from law. A government that proclaims itself entitled to do completely
as it pleases, while requiring its people to rigidly obey every precept of its legislation, violates this
maxim of law. Such government/corporation management is treasonous, self-destructive, unjust,
diabolical, and epitomizes the use of un-authored, artificial leadership/deities and such must be
dismantled for the sake and the lives of the people, whom the government/corporate living officials
are charged, by these maxims of law, to protect.
How can the exercise of power be justified in the hands of a government that is, itself, lawless? It
cannot. The exercise of state power is only legitimate to the extent that the state itself submits to
legal principles, of which the maxims of law are supreme. No state has a lawful right to act outside
its own laws nor does any state have the right to create laws that violate the maxims of law. This
should be obvious.
The legal maxims are self-evident to everyone but those who for selfish reasons refuse to submit
their private interests to the good of all. It is self-evident that states must be subject to the law, and
governance over the people, that is contrary to the most fundamental laws of the land, must be
demolished, on behalf of the sanctity of life and public safety.
To this end, petitioner is demanding the dismantling of the use of Respondent imaginary and
artificial deity/person to govern the DMV Corporation, as exemplified in the Respondents unauthored and artificial orders and documents, as well as the treasonous actions of Respondent
attorneys and agents, in the allowance of DMV plausible deniability management, at the expense of
public safety and the lives of New Yorkers.
The unregulated and continual Respondent attorney and agents obstruction of NYS and Federal
due process and consumer protection laws requires a treason criminal report on behalf of the
Respondent attorneys and agents enforcement of artificial/un-authored/imaginary orders, that
bold facedly show a subversive and criminal attempt to overthrow NYSs governance structures,
consumer protection and due process laws.
Petitioner is urging the office of the NYS Attorney General Schniederman and Rebecca Culley, the
Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York, to stop Respondent attorney Egan and the
DMV agents, treasonous acts, immediately, as they are deadly, life threatening, rooted on
false/artificial pretenses, and have no place in a civilized society.
Petitioner expects the removal of all the Respondent ARTIFICIAL AND UNAUTHORED
suspensions off of her good standing driver record immediately. Petitioner will not be covertly
injured, induced hospitalized, and or killed based on any of the respondents false pretense set ups
and induced injury assassination programmings, embedded in the use of treason to facilitate the
eugenic conspiracy to injure and murder crimes, discussed in the petitions exhibits.
To this end, if the Petitioners driver record is not corrected, showing no driver suspension record
whatsoever, upon receipt of this letter or immediately thereafter, by or before Monday October 31,
2016 the Respondent adjourned court date, Attorney Culley will have enjoined her law license in
the needed treason criminal report, that will be delivered to the living body leaderships, of the
three branches of government and not the artificial corporate deity, repeatedly entertained in this
matter.
At present, Petitioner, Miriam Snyder has enough lawyers that will be prosecuted and suspended
accordingly. Ms. Culley has a duty to stop the Respondents current, future and past treasonous
crimes.
The NYS Attorney General Schniedermans office will not be used to facilitate Respondent
treasonous crimes. I urge Ms. Culley to guide her actions carefully and make sure justice, truth,
righteousness, correction and penalties for the crimes, is represented, consistent with the maxims of
law, while representing the NYS Attorney General Schniedermans office.
Attorney Culley has a Civic Duty as a God Created being and as an attorney to not further injure.
She is required as a living being, particularly holding a public protection position, to use her public
protection position not to injure others. The attached Respondent suspension entry on Petitioners
good standing driver record must be removed immediately, as it is causing Petitioner additional
injuries and escalated insurance rates based on the administration of Respondent artificial seizure
of driving license orders.
The Respondents treasonous and injurious acts are expected to be stopped immediately because of
attorney Culleys representation and enforcement of all of the New York State and Federal due
process and consumer protection laws petitioner has invoked in this entire matter.
Each of us possesses an inalienable right given by God our creator to enjoy the benefits of life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Powers afforded by law, such as the position of assistant
attorney general, comes with obligations and responsibilities that attach to the position and power.
Under Common Law Maxims and principles, the first obligation attached to Ms. Culleys NYS
attorney general associated position, is that she has no right to use her position and power to cause
injury to the Petitioner or others.
Civic duty maxims teach us that no one has a right to use ones position or powers to cause harm to
an innocent person under any circumstance whatsoever. There are no exceptions. This maxim is
part of our legal heritage in America. He who causes injury to an innocent person through exercise
of his powers or use of his position is subject to remedy the injury. It doesnt matter if the injury
results from negligence or not knowing.
If one uses his/her position to cause petitioner further injuries, particularly injuries that can be
prevented, such will be included in Petitioners Treason Criminal report to be publicized by we the
people everywhere until these treason crimes are stopped.
This Petitioner takes very seriously the responsibilities of the NYS Assistant Attorney generals
position and power. The public protection power of such position, requires Attorney Culley to act
quickly and decisively to preserve justice and grant remedies to Petitioner, and those like her, who
have suffered from respondents induced injuries, based on the enforcement of artificial seizure
orders, non-existent and third party, inadmissible, hearsay, imaginary debts.
The Treason report and the sanction motion will show all conspirators participation in this
Respondent treason and assassination programming and that such was willful. Anyone who in a
position of power maliciously disregards a pattern of Respondent treasonous, public safety, and
conspiracy to murder crimes, will be sanctioned. The Petitioner will not allow another conspirator
to further infect. Any further disregard of the Respondents crimes, their induced injuries and the
disregard of this Notice shows harm was intended. The litigation process can be settled by
enforcement of constitutional due process laws, consumer protections, restitution, damages, and
ending this treasonous, obstruction of good standing licenses with artificial driver license
suspension Orders.
Assistant Attorney General Culleys position gives her the power to stop further injuries, to spare
judicial resources, save time, expense and innocent people and police lives. She is trained in the
law. Monetary sanctions will be sought that will deter and stop the Respondents documented
treason, that compliments, covert eugenic assassination programming, as summarized previously.
The eugenic assassination programming that works hand in hand with Respondent Egans
artificial driver license suspension ordering, will be detailed in the Treason Complaint Affidavit
that will be filed against the Respondents. This is a Notice sent to Ms. Culley and Judge Tuitt, as
required under 18 USC 2382, and NYS sanctioning laws. Attorney Culley has a choice to keep her
office, position, her law license and her name away from the enjoinment in further treasonous,
deadly and malicious acts, by stopping further Respondent inflicted injuries, enforcing the
constitutional and consumer due process protections cited in this matter. It is expected of her to
administer a means of restitution and damages, to deter and end, Respondent Egan and her DMV
agents treason crimes, deceptive and abusive collection practices, and the deadly eugenic
ramifications associated with false pretense artificial seizure of driver license orders.
In this matter, the DMV attorneys and agents, owing allegiance to the United States, have levied
war against the NYS governance structures, specifically, they have levied war against and
obstructed due process provisions in the NYS Constitution, regarding seizure of property,
warrants, orders, oaths and affidavits. They have levied war against and obstructed the NYS
CPLR rules and regulations regarding summons, complaint, affidavit and Notice.
The have levied war on and obstructed the FRCP and the FDCPA, repetitiously. The Respondents,
the DMV attorney Egan and agents have repeatedly dismantled NYS walls of protection against
enemies. Our walls of protection against enemies are laws. In doing such Respondent Egan and
DMV agents have acted as 22 USC 611 Foreign Agents of Foreign Principals and have acted as
enemies of NYS laws and the people. The DMV attorneys and agents, in this matter, have
facilitated the theft of non-validated funds, not owed, to the NYS Department of Taxation. The
Respondents have criminally seized Petitioners paid for, good standing drivers license, while
using imaginary and artificial authority, and by doing such, particularly with no due process, the
Respondents have indisputably overthrown and obstructed the constitutional due process and
consumer protection laws of New York State.
The Respondents treasonous acts, specifically, the overthrowing of due process and consumer
protection laws to criminally suspend good standing drivers, using artificial and illusionary seizure
Orders, have created a public safety crisis that uses false pretenses to set up good standing drivers
and the police. Attorney and Respondent, Egan must be held accountable for each and every false
imprisonment and induced injury, unwarranted police contact, and possible death, her artificial
authority has caused. Enforced lawlessness kills and there will not be any more disregards of these
Respondent treasonous acts, without publicity.
The DMV is a government funded corporation, disguised as a public service agency. It is being
criminally used for covert assassination programming by the administration of treason, and
artificial seizure orders, that are based on third party NYS Department of Taxation artificial and
un-authored tax warrants. These criminal attorney acts and administrations, define treason,
coupled with established fraud, misrepresentation, illegality, deceit and unconscionability.
The repeated Respondents obstruction of the below laws exemplify, epitomize, and personify
treason with eugenic induced poverty and induced injury assassination programming. The
Respondents treasonous no due process, scheme to defraud and assassinate, artificial license
suspension orders, enjoins multiple third parties, the NYS Department of Taxation and the police,
repeatedly uses plausible deniability, to steal money, extort, induce injury, and to have innocent
New Yorkers falsely imprisoned, injured and or killed stemming from this Respondent, no
jurisdiction obstruction of due process and the overthrowing of consumer protection laws.
Respondent Egan and her cohorts have acted in boldface opposition to the below New York State
governance laws which forbid the use of artificial un-authored Orders to demand money and
property:
1. The Respondent Egan and her agents, have overthrown and obstructed the NYS
Constitution 12. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and
effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants
shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. In summary,
this law enforces ones right to live free from artificial authority. This law means that no
one can seize money or property without a valid court order and affidavit by a living
person.
2. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed the New York Civil Practice Law and
Rules 304. Method of commencing action or special proceeding. The Respondents did not
and have not served any summons, complaint and notices as required by law. Respondents
criminally initiated litigation with seizure and an artificial illusion of legality order. They
did this because, in law, a corporation is an imaginary and artificial entity. Please see
exhibit 1. A Corporation cannot sue. It has no standing to sue. Consequently, Respondent
criminals devised a way to steal and extract money, using the artificial authority in the
corporation. If the artificial seizure and debts were real or valid, a live, injured party, a
real party in interest, would sue. The Respondents have administered treason. They have
schemed to defraud and overthrown the laws of NY.
3. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
(FRCP) Rule 4, service of process which is used to ensure that the person alleged to owe
money has adequate notice that a legal action has been filed against him. The person
accused must be served with a summons and a copy of the complaint. The complaint must
have an oath/affidavit consistent with the above noted requirements in the NYS
Constitution 12. The Respondents cannot file the required commencement of litigation or
seizure papers because they do not have the authority. They criminally devised, with intent
to steal money, a criminal multilayer scheme to defraud, oppress and induce injury, for
more money, embedded in induced injury organ rape and harvesting, as will be detailed in
the forthcoming TREASON CRIMINAL REPORT.
4. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed CPLR 301 Jurisdiction over persons,
property or status. In order for the Respondents artificial, illusionary and un-authored
driver license suspension order to be valid, it must be served with process, i.e., a summons
and copy of the complaint. In this matter, it was not and could not happen, because of the
corporations artificial standing. Without jurisdiction over the person, no order can be
effective to command such person to do anything whatever. The court has no power over a
person unless it also has in personam jurisdiction. Petitioner has never consented to
jurisdiction.
5. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed CPLR 3211(a)( 5). Jurisdiction over
the subject.
6. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed, CPLR 3211(a)(7)); Failure to state a
cause of action. There is no Respondent complaint, only an artificial and imaginary order.
7. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed, CPLR 3211(a)(10), Failure to join a
necessary party. Civil suits cannot be initiated by third parties, but must be filed by the
aggrieved party who seeks redress. This means, under the law, Respondent Egan and her
cohorts, could not under any circumstance, sue Petitioner and get any order, on behalf of
the NYS Department of Taxation Corporation or their criminal attorneys and agents.
8. If the Respondents illusion of law suspension order was a tad valid, it would still be
dismissed pursuant to CPLR 205(a): Dismissal for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction.

9. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed, CPLR 4518, Business Records
certification or authentication. None of the Respondents documents have a signature, much

more, certification or authentication. The Respondents seized Petitioners good standing
drivers license based off of an artificial order that was backed by inadmissible hearsay and
organized fraud, coupled with extortion, exaction, no jurisdiction, no consent for
jurisdiction, no summons, complaint and Notice.
10. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed CPLR 4401, they have failed to
establish a prima facie case and have injured Petitioner while doing so.
11. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed U.C.C. 2-201 which establishes a
writing requirement for all contracts and contract enforceability. The Respondents have no
contract with Petitioner agreeing that anyone who says Petitioner owes non validated
money, Petitioner will pay. There is no Respondent contract with Petitioner regarding
alleged non validated debts.
12. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed 22 NYCRR 130 -1.1-A requires that
"by signing a paper, an attorney or party certifies that, to the best of that person's
knowledge, information and belief, formed after an inquiry reasonable under the
circumstance, the presentation of the paper or the contentions therein are not frivolous as
defined in subsection 130-1.1(c)." 22 NYCRR 130 -1.1(c).
13. The Respondents have enforced plausible deniability, a criminally insane management
system where unsigned and un-authored documents are used as deity powers to criminally
control, demand and seize, not owed money. Not one paper from the Respondents has been
authored, much more certified, while seizing Petitioners drivers license.
Respondents have devised a system of obstruction of the rule of law to induce oppression,
the criminal extortion of money, not owed, from people, to give to the Corporation, an
imaginary person/deity. Please see the definition of a corporation attached as exhibit 1.
This type of programming exemplifies a high level of deception, organized fraud, enforced
lawlessness, deceit, and indisputable Satanic management. This Satanic management stems
with the controlling of attorneys by a Corporate deity, an artificial person, as defined in
the corporation definition, Please see exhibit 1.
14. The Respondents have overthrown and obstructed Public Officer Law Section 10. 10.
Official oaths. Every officer shall take and file the oath of office required by law, and every
judicial officer of the unified court system, in addition, shall file a copy of said oath in the
office of court administration, before he shall be entitled to enter upon the discharge of any
of his official duties. Several requests have been made for the Respondents Official Oaths,
not one has been produced. The Respondents and agents have not and cannot take an oath
to the NYS Constitution or its governance structures, because as Satanists, covert
terrorists, enemies of the NYS laws, and as foreign agents, obstructing the laws of NYS and
the country, they have an allegiance to the Corporation deity, as defined, the
artificial/imaginary person/deity. The Respondent attorneys and agents have used their
government funded positions to obstruct the laws of this state and to induce oppression on
the people they were supposed to serve. As such, the Respondents have acted as treason
criminals disguised and unveiled as Corporate servants of Satan, consistent with the
definition of Corporation as it relates to its artificial, imaginary and deceitful leadership.
15. If there was a valid order, it would be dismissed because the Respondents have overthrown
and obstructed CPLR R 3211(10) The court should not proceed in the absence of a
person who should be a party. Respondents have no real party, no injured party. Civil
suits cannot be initiated by third parties, but must be filed by the aggrieved party who
seeks redress.
16. If there was a valid order, it would be dismissed because the Respondent attorney and
agents have overthrown and obstructed CPLR RULE 5015 SECTION A3 Relief from
Judgment or Order Based on Fraud, Misrepresentation, or Other Misconduct of an
Adverse Party; If the respondents had a valid court order, it would be vacated because of
the organized fraud, no real party, no respondent summons or complaint filed in any court,
no affidavits, no affirmations, no verifications.
17. If there was a valid order, it would be dismissed because the Respondent attorney and
agents have overthrown and obstructed CPLR RULE 5015 SECTION A4 Relief from
Judgment or Order Lack of Jurisdiction to Render the Judgment or Order. respondents
have no standing, no real party, no capacity to sue or seize property.
In addition, to the above New York State and Federal laws the Respondent attorneys and agents
have obstructed and overthrown state and federal consumer protection laws. Congress enacted
the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to stop the use of abusive, deceptive and unfair debt
collection practices like what the Respondents have done to the Petitioner and many other
innocent New Yorkers, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692(a).
The Respondents have criminally seized petitioners drivers license based on Respondent Egans
artificial and imaginary Order that would pay off her cult members in the NYS Department of
Taxation. The NYS Department of Taxation Corporation is another criminal entity that uses
treasonous and artificial, economically credentialed, attorneys, to create and enforce imaginary,
and illusionary, seizure of money, un-authored, plausible deniability ARTIFICIAL ORDERS.
The NYS Department of Taxation Corporations treason agents create corporate artificial debts
and imaginary tax seizure money ORDERS to compliment the imaginary debt. They are debts
that cannot be proven, because they are artificial, just like their Corporation status. The
Corporation status as an artificial person, satanic deity is exemplified in the corrupted power
these artificial orders have.
Respondent Egan, an alleged attorney used inadmissible hearsay non validated debt concoctions,
illusions, from her brethren, to suspend Petitioners drivers license. Respondent Egan has
obstructed and overthrown each and every one of the above laws, as well as the below consumer
protection laws.
Respondent Egan and the DMV agents have systematically used artificial, imaginary, false,
deceptive, deceitful, and misleading representations and tactics to collect artificial debts for their
brethren in the NYS Department of Taxation. The FDCPA prohibits the "use of any false,
deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt." 15
U.S.C. 1692e. Such a prohibition includes the false representation of the character, amount, or
legal status of any debt." 15 U.S.C. I 692e (2) (A). Such a prohibition also includes the "use of
any false representation or deceptive means to collect or attempt to collect any debt." 15 U.S.C.
I692e (l0).
The Respondents pitting of police against good standing drivers and their driving records, using
an imaginary/artificial driver license suspension Order, and enjoining the police in this scheme to
defraud, under false pretenses, is criminal, false, deceptive, misleading representation and is a
lawless means in connection with the collection of the artificial NYS Tax debt.
The mail fraud is exemplified in the respondents attached and un-authored and false pretense
ORDER and documents. Please see exhibit 2. The sending of Respondents artificial driver license
suspension COURT ORDERS, with no authority, no summons, no complaint, Notice or affidavit,
and no index number exemplify false representations and imaginary/artificial default amounts.

The FDCPA prohibits false or misleading representations pursuant to 1692e. The Respondents
artificial driver license suspension Order exemplifies the representation or implication that
nonpayment of the artificial and imaginary NYS Department of Taxation imaginary and
concocted debt will result in the criminal suspension of license and arrest or imprisonment of
innocent persons, based on the artificial driver license suspension Order, and the enjoinment of
the police under Respondent false pretenses.
Above all, the seizure, garnishment, attachment, and or sale of property or wages of any person
based on the Respondents artificial and imaginary Orders and debt concoctions, epitomize
misleading representations, particularly when the Respondents know that they cannot legally be
taken. The Respondents have devised this scheme to defraud because they know that they cannot
legally take anyone to court to pay their deity, imaginary person, the Corporation.
The alleged Corporation attorneys, in this matter, Respondent Egan and her cult members are
stealing money from people, based on treason, extortion, impersonation and imposture crimes and
the non-enforcement of penal laws.
Again, in law, corporations are artificial persons. Based on legal principles, a corporation is an
imaginary person and such has no right to sue. The Corporation cannot sue anyone, only humans
can sue. Consequently, the Respondents criminally conspired this no real party, no injured party,
no court, no summons, no notice, no complaint, no affidavit, scheme to defraud under the false
pretenses of artificial and imaginary Orders and imaginary debts, based on and for their
corporations artificial and imaginary leadership, satan and his treason lawyers.
This means all of the money stolen went to the treason lawyers and must be accounted for and
reinstated back to the people it was stolen from. The respondents must be stopped for these
scheme to defraud crimes that have pitted and landed innocent people, police included, injured
and dead for enforcing artificial and illusionary Corporate Orders that have no standing to sue on
planet earth, but enforce false pretenses.
Respondents have enforced terroristic debt collection practices. They have inflicted this terroristic
oppression on the people, coupled with denying them their right to equal access to the court, due
process, and consumer protections. All of the respondent crimes are rooted in artificial and
imaginary orders, debts, and calculations, using an imaginary deitys power to enforce. The
treason attorneys administering this organized fraud have been shammed and scammed, by the
deity they have worshipped at the expense of human lives and they will be prosecuted for their
crimes and induced injuries.

The FDCPA prohibits the "use of unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect
any debt." 15 U.S.C. 1692f. Nor "engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to
harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt." 15 U.S.C.
1692d.
All of the Respondents un-authored and unauthorized artificial orders and documents attached to
Petitioners Petition, their acts, and the exhibits attached hereto exemplify conduct towards
Petitioner that served to harass, oppress, and abuse for oppressive reasons embedded in causing
unnecessary expenses, including malicious auto insurance escalation.
The actions of the respondents in plastering on Petitioners good standing driving record artificial,
imaginary false and defaming driver license suspensions based on artificial and imaginary
information and reporting, that overthrows the consumer laws of the state, exemplifies willful
violations of the above FDCPA laws with emphasis on conduct the natural consequence of which is
to harass, oppress, or abuse any person.
Respondent Egan violated FDCPA 1692 g, when she failed to send the Petitioner the required
30-day validation notice within five days of the initial communication with Petitioner. Please note
the only communication from Respondent Egan was her defaming, falsified, imaginary, and
illusionary, artificial driver license suspension entries on Petitioners driver record, demanding
and extorting Petitioner for money for her cult brethren, that were not owed.
Respondent Egan and the DMV agents maliciously communicated and publicized false driver
license suspension information on Petitioners driving record and then plastered this
imaginary/artificial suspension on a newly created Respondent un-authored, artificial, LICENSE
RESTORATION concoction, in violation of FDCPA 1692 d and 1692 e(10). Respondent Egan
violated FDCPA 1692 g(a)(3) by never stating consumers Right to Dispute within 30 Days.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE

AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The
commissioner of general services
is authorized and empowered to sell and convey state property, as

further described insection two of this act for fair market value to the
Montefiore Medical Center, a not-for-profit

hospital licensed pursuant to article 28 of the public health law, whose
medical campus is immediately adjacent to the
aforementioned state
property operated by the office of children and family
services, said sale and conveyance shall be made upon such

terms and conditions as he or she may fix and determine. S
2. The lands authorized by this act to be conveyed are more particularly described
as follows:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, known as
170 East 210th Street with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected,
situate, lying and being in the city of New York, county of Bronx and state
of New York, designated as block 3343, lot 326 on a tax map of the city of New
York and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: on the
southerly side of East 210th Street, 0 feet easterly from the intersection of the
southerly side of East 210th
Street and easterly side of Bainbridge Avenue; running thence along the
southerly side of East 210th Street easterly 150 feet; thence southerly
along a line parallel to the easterly side of Bainbridge Avenue 100
feet; thence westerly along a line parallel to the southerly side of
East 210th Street 150 feet; thence along the easterly side of Bainbridge
Avenue 100 feet to the point of place of beginning.

A recent change in New York State Penal Law now allows for the sale and use of a
specific category of consumer fireworks known as
Devices.
Sparkling
Sparkling Devices are ground based or handheld devices that produce a shower of colored
sparks and or a colored flame, audible crackling or whistling noise and smoke. The law limits
the type, size and construction of Sparkling Devices and requires that these devices must be
hand held or mounted on a base or spike and be limited in sizes that range from 1 to 500
grams of pyrotechnic composition.
Sale and use of Sparkling Devices will be legal only in counties and cities that have
enacted a local law pursuant to section 405.00 of the Penal Law of NY.
