Dear Alexa,
I just wanted to note quickly on our meet and greet. It was very nice to meet you and you seem
great! Thank you for your support on making it possible to stay on at GI department as I soon
start my career as a new RN. I appreciate having the opportunity to continue my education and
Kris Wood making it ever so possible to do so.
Of course, this is something totally new for me so Im not sure in how all this works. (The way in
which Im offered the position and when it starts.) I have 6 years of GI experience in which the
RN role is the only role I am unfamiliar with.
I put my whole self into my job and I am very dependable and knowledgeable for this position. I
am expected to graduate in December and will be taking my state board exams early February,
however, I am hoping to jump into this role as a graduate nurse.
I will do all I can do to continue to help our department and limit its stress as my departure will
make some impact on the schedule. I will look forward to hearing from you, or someone that
could shine a little more light on my future
