Question 2 - Draft Diversity Policy: This task requires you to draft a diversity policy and
plan to implement it.
Question 4 Review the diversity Policy: This task requires you to review your new
diversity
From groups of three (3) within your training group and read the assessment of the
other two in your group while they read yours. After you discuss each assessment,
giving and receiving feedback, use this feedback to address the following:
a) What information did you and the other members of your group use to
measure your diversity policy and identify any areas where improvements
need to be made?

version for assessment.

these relate specially to business objectives?
b) In your research you have accessed diversity policies from a number of other
organizations. What did you learn from this and how relevant was the
information gathered?
c) What could impact on implementation of the policy?
d) What changes did you make to the draft policy after consulting with your
stakeholders?
