Goals:

*To bridge the relationship between the employee and the customer to increase brand loyalty
Objectives:
* The learners who have past scholastic and technological knowledge of the online
environment will be taught further tactics of increasing brand recognition.
* The learner is expected to integrate learned resources into the implementation of his/her
work environment to increase brand recognition.
* The learning setting for the trainees will be virtual web based learning that will include

satisfactory engagement and feedback which will be measured by the amount of times the trainee

measure course comprehension.
The outlined objectives use collaborative learning during the training session. The trainees have
background in technology and appealing to customers but will enhance their knowledge
collaboratively through in class discussions and the completion of a case study. Chinn (2009),
Collaborative learning (also known as cooperative learning) occurs when small groups of
students, called collaborative groups, work together to complete an academic task. As its name
suggests, in order for collaborative learning to be successful, students must collaborate
productively and work together on a task, sharing ideas and learning from one another.(para.1)
Instructional Strategies/ Activities:
Problem-Based Learning- These are open-ended learning situations. Students are usually
presented with a problem that needs to be solved and are then encouraged to develop a solution
to that problem by using the resources ad tools available to them.
Simulations- Evolving case studies that allow participants to examine issues and problems that
arise in a specific situation. Participants make decisions that affect the situation and experience
the results of those decisions in an environment that does not affect the real world.
(Brown, & Green, 2011)

Instructional Technologies:
Instructional Technologies that will be used are web based virtual lectures. The supplemental
information will be derived from training material for reinforcement learning. Students will have
access to articles; web based reading material and the use of social media such as Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter. The simulated case study will be provided by the instructor and the
student may use web based presentations to make presentation.
