supply voltages are VCC = 15V and VEE = 15 V
(a) What value of vd will saturate the amplifier?
(b) When vd is applied as in (a), what will the value of op-amp input currents ii be?
Answer: (a) 75 V (b) 37.5 x 1012 A.

A voltage follower is shown in Figure 2. The op-amp parameters are Ao = 5 x 105, Ro = 75-,
and Ri = 2 M. The input voltage vS is vS = 5 V, and RS = 10 k. Find the output voltage vO,
the input resistance Rin = vS / iS, and the output resistance Rout.
Answer: vo = 5 V, Rin 1012 , Rout 15 x 105 .
