CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity)

and us for the software product ExcelExplorer ("PROGRAM"), which
includes computer software and associated media and printed materials (if
any), and may include online or electronic documentation. By installing,
copying, transferring or otherwise using the PROGRAM, you agree to be bound
by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this
Agreement, you are not authorized to use, copy or transfer the PROGRAM.
The PROGRAM is licensed, not sold, to you. The PROGRAM is owned by
us and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and
by international treaties. You may use the PROGRAM only for your benefit in
the course of your normal business activities and shall not allow it to be
used by any other person or company, including, but not limited to,
contractors, universities and affiliates who do not also hold a license.
This is a non-exclusive, NON-TRANSFERABLE license.
The licensee will receive all feature PROGRAM updates free of charge for one
year after purchase.
The licensee may modify or change the PROGRAM code to suit the licensee's
needs, at the licensee's own risk. The licensee is not permitted to resell
or distribute all or any part of the modified code, nor all or any part of
the original source code.
You may make a reasonable number of copies of the SOFTWARE for the purposes
of backup or maintenance of the PROGRAM. These additional copies will carry
the copyright notice and will be controlled by this license.
You agree to treat as strictly confidential the PROGRAM and all information
pertaining to it, including but not limited to mathematical techniques,
correlations, concepts, designs, specifications, listings, and documents
which you may receive from us in connection with this Agreement
and not to disclose any such information to any third party. Following
termination of this Agreement, all copies of the PROGRAM and all materials
provided by us in your possession shall be promptly returned to
us and you will provide written confirmation that all copies of
the PROGRAM have been deleted and erased from all memory media.
DISCLAIMER. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND
CONTRIBUTORS ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE REGENTS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;
LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND
ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF
THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
