5. Shifts weight from back to front foot
6. Leads throw with elbow, follows through down and across

Kicking
1. Focuses eyes on target
2. Steps beside the ball with non-kicking foot
3. Bends body at waist initiates kick from hip
4. Bends kicking leg to contact with shoelaces
5. Swing arms in opposition to kicking foot
6. Follows through with kicking leg pointing at target

Dribbling with Hands


1. Eyes forward
2. Initiates ball contact with fingertips
3. Bends and straightens wrist and elbow to push the ball (yo-yo)
4. Hips and knees flexed slightly during dribble
5. Dribble in front and on the side of body
6. Performs a rhythmical series of controlled dribbles

Dribbling with Feet


1. Standing behind a ball
2. Touch ball with inside foot
3. Keeps ball close to feet
4. Eyes forward

Dynamic Balance
Maintains balance while using alternate stepping action
Maintains upright position
Maintains balance by using arms when needed
