The HM series actuator mounts in the same
location as the current actuator.
The existing 5 pin Molex connector plugs directly
into the replacement actuator while 24 VAC/DC
power is applied to the separate plenum rated
power cable.
The HM series actuator is designed to work seam-
lessly with the existing VAV controller without any
need for modifications to hardware or software.

Reliability
The HM series actuator
is based on Belimos new
generation platform
and brushless motor
technology. This means
torque is increased from
35 in-lbs to 45 in-lbs and
the actuator runtime
remains constant
independent of load.

LMB24-HM and LMB24-10P-HM

The HM series of actuators are intended for retrofit of
LM24-M and LM24-10P-M actuators that have
reached the end of their service life. These actuators
are specifically designed as a drop-in replacement
without any alteration to the existing VAV system.
This means faster installation and instant commissioning without the need for a balancer or systems
integrator.
