Congratulations to the OLPH Spring Sports
Teams! The Rams Tennis Team finished second in the
conference. The Rams golf Team finished third, with
Alexander Riddle having the lowest average in the
conference-Congratulations! Good Job to the Track
and Baseball Teams who showed favorably on the
playing field.
Avery special “Gracias” to our Spanish Volunteers! A
heartfelt “Thank You” to the many people who kept
Spanish alive at OLPH this year. Laura Moore, Arcelia
Camacho, Maria Dolores Flores, Blanca Rios, Norma
Neri, Angela Hodges, Monica Mohler, Forrest Mohler,
Ivette Palacios, Veronica Rivas, and Raquel Riesco
spent numerous hours working with the students in
grades Kindergarte through eighth. Your hard work is
greatly appreciated!
St. Cecilia’s Closet is accepting donations! Please
donate any gently used uniforms to St. Cecilia’s
Closet. The Closet has been a blessing for our families,
as well as our school. Donation receipts are available
in the school office. Reminder the Creative Arts Guild
will be opening St. Cecilia’s Closet for a back to

Health Ministry
Did you know the TN. Dept of Health has issued new
immunization requirements effective July 1 for
children enrolling in Pre-school, Kindergarten, 7th
grade or as a new student entering TN schools. A new
immunization certificate will be required for these
children to enroll documenting that they have received
these vaccines. The new requirements are: Pre-School
Diptheria-Tetanus Pertussis (DTaP or DT), Hepatitis
A, Hepatitis B (HBV), H. Influenzae (HIB), Measles,
Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Pneumococcal (PCV),
Poliomyelitis (IPV or OPV), Varicella (Chickenpox).
Kindergarten- (DTap or DT), (HBV), (MMR) 2
doses, (IPV or OPV), Varicella. 7th Grade- Tetanus-
diptheria-pertussis booster, Varicella 2 doses or history
of diagnosis. New enrollees in a TN school- DTap or
DT, HBV, MMR, IPV or OPV, Varicella. Beat the
rush contact your child’s doctor or the Health Dept to
make sure your child is fully vaccinated. Vaccinations
are available on awalk in basis at the following health
dept clinics: 3rd. Street Health Dept, Ooltewah Health
Center, Sequoyah Health Center, Birchwood Health
Center. The Health Dept will also be offering special
clinic hours on the following dates at the Ooltewah,
Sequoyah and 3rd Street locations for you convenience.

formed a Grounds Keeping and Beautification All Camps are at Harrison Bay
Committee. We would like to invite all parishioners State Park
and their families to help us keep our church and
school grounds looking beautiful year round. We will “DARE TO DREAM”
be having a group work day on Saturday, May 29th Theme: Dare to Dream the Possible
from 9am-1pm. Please meet at the back parking lot and
bring shovels, rakes, hoes, wheelbarrows, gloves and Dream
any other gardening tools you like to use. We have
mulch to spread, flowers to water and weeding to do.
