We have done the changes regarding Credit Block and Release notifications in DEV
system:
1.
For Credit Block notification to Sales Department and Credit Department:

Execute the program ZSD_CREDITCHECKREPORT with the required variant
based on the entries in the ZTABLE (in ZCRD_APR_SM transaction) through
background job (for ZSD_CREDITCHECKREPORT program ) scheduled for
a specific time. And check in SOST whether the mail is been triggered with
the output of the report in Excel format. E-mail ID is triggered from the User
mail ID maintained in SU01 transaction.
2.
For Credit Release notification to Sales Department and Users:

When the credit block is been removed from VKM1, based on the entries in
ZTABLE (in ZSD_CREDIT transaction) the release notification mail will be
sent to the appropriate person. E-mail ID is triggered from the HCM master
data in PA30 transaction.
We request you to test both the process in DEV system and let us know your
feedback.

notification and it is to be tested based on every line in the program as it is
triggering the workflow which already been existing in the system.
We have to check the all the workflows regarding credit block and confirm all our
testing in DEV and will provide the same for user testing by 13/08/2015.

We had the review of the mail regarding the credit workflow and its seems to be fine
expect for the fact that email should not be limited to 2 users as mentioned below,
customized ZTable should be dynamic so that based on the business requirement
from the group companies we can maintain 2 or 3 more users who all needs to get
the notifications. Let me know if you need any further clarification.

(2 Users) and the User (1 User) as mentioned in Z Table along with the
below text :

We had the discussions with the Credit Control Department and there are slight
change in the requirement provided earlier. Below is the update on the requirement
based on todays discussions.
1: New email id to be created creditblockrelease@mezzan.com which will be used
by credit control department and when the users of the credit control dept releases
the blocked sales order email to be triggered from this mail id to user and other
relevant business users on the status activity.
2: We need add the below text info for the email triggered after the release of the
blocked sales order.
Please be informed that credit control Department will review the credit Blocked
sale orders twice a day @ 9.00 AM & 1.00 PM.
3:Need to check the feasibly to create background job for the Credit Control
Department to receive notification email on the list of Credit Blocked Sales Orders.
Credit control Department needs to get an email consolidated on the list of Credit
Blocked Sales Order from across to group in the format below Customer wise.
