SafeNet MobilePASS Installation

In addition to the Cisco AnyConnect client, your device must have the SafeNet
MobilePASS application installed in order to connect to the ITT network remotely.
MobilePASS can be installed on any supported computer, tablet, or smartphone. The
software does not need to be installed on the device being used for VPN, but it is
recommended it be install it on a smartphone if possible for security purposes.
The instructions below detail the installation of the SafeNet MobilePASS software on a
computer. For installation on other devices, please see the SafeNet MobilePass
Installation Guide.pdf located

HERE

To install SafeNet
MobilePASS on your
system, open the link in
the email sent to you from
the SafeNet Authentication
Server.

Click on the
Download
MobilePASS
installer (.msi)
link

When the dialogue


box opens, select
the Run button

Click Next when the


Install Wizard opens.
The License window will
open.

Accept the End User


License Agreement and
Click Next

Accept the default


destination folder and
Click Next

When the installation


window appears,
Click Install

The Installation window


will appear

Click Finish to complete


the installation

Return to the
Self Enrollment
window

Click on the
Enroll your
MobilePASS
token link

If you see the following


message, Click Allow

When the MobilePASS


application opens,
Create a new token name
of more than four characters
Click Activate

The Token PIN window


appears.
Create a 4 digit
numeric or alphanumeric
PIN into the Token PIN field
Click Continue

Re-enter your PIN


Click Continue

The Passcode window will


appear.
Click Copy Passcode
NOTE: If the passcode will
be used on another device,
you will have to manually
enter the passcode on that
device.

Select and run the


AnyConnect icon from your
desktop or from the
Windows toolbar at the
bottom of your screen.
NOTE: You must be
connected to a non-ITT
network in order to
establish a VPN connection

Click the drop down


arrow and select the VPN
site you would like
to connect to.
Click Connect
NOTE: If you do not see
the above sites listed, you
can manually connect to
the site of your choice by
entering one of these
domain names

For Seneca Falls (ITT) use:


ussfa1-ittco-vpn01.ittcorp.com
For Andover (ITT) use:
usoba1-ittco-vpn01.ittcorp.com
For Basingstoke (ITT) use:
baspmfw01.ittcorp.com
For Shanghai (ITT) use:
cnsha3-vpn01.ittcorp.com

NOTE: The following sites


will remain in place for
testing purposes until
everyone has been
transitioned off the RSA
environment:
Basingstoke (TEST)
Seneca Falls (TEST)
Perth (ITT)
If you currently use one of
these sites for your VPN
connection, please begin
using one of the (ITT) sites.
If you have difficulties
connecting to any of the
(ITT) sites, please contact
the TAC for assistance.
When the AnyConnect
authentication dialogue box
opens, click on the Group
drop down box.
Select SafeNet
Click OK

Enter your username


The username format is
typically:
global\firstname.lastname

Paste or enter your


MobilePass passcode in the
Password field
Click OK to continue

Once you have input the


correct username and
password you will be
prompted to accept the
ITT Conditions of use.
Read the banner and click
the Accept button if you
agree.

Once accepted, it will take


AnyConnect a few seconds
to prepare the connection.

The AnyConnect icon on


the taskbar will display a
padlock once a secure
connection has been
established.
