Check condition of any equipment to be re-used. Attach a separate list with model and condition noted
Does contract have Re-furb clause?
Make sure adaquate clearance exists for cabinet and cabinet door openings (as per code required clearance)
Document on separate sheet exact existing cabinet locations or verify as builts
TACH speeds and functionality of APC as well as interface equipment
What company did existing PLC? Do we have copy of program?
Verify sales defined: available lay down area, available receiving doors, existing compressor and sizes/capacity
Location and condition of computer room for server location
