SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

FOR FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Below is a table outlining the schedule of charges that will be levied if you are given permission
to film at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. It is indicative only, and there may be the need for
RGIA to alter these depending on the scale of production.

* Fraction of an hour will be billed to the next hour, and no carry over permitted to the next day.

The above costs include basic RGIA facilitation. If further staffing levels are needed for a
production, or if the production is in the airside of the airport and an Airport safety officer is
needed, the costs of resources may be decided upon mutual consent.

Airport Entry Pass Charges

First 20 passes Rs.1000 per person per day
Additional pass at Rs.2500 per person per day

AGREEMENT

All applicable taxes will be charged extra as per Income Tax rules.

Filming on the airside (runway, taxiway, tarmac, fuel farm, ATC, cargo terminal etc.) shall be
charged extra depending on the scope and magnitude of the project in question. Airside
filming is subject to the approval of DGCA (Director General Civil Aviation) and CEO, GHIAL.
The onus for obtaining DGCA permission rests with the filming party.

Any production house wishing to undertake filming at RGIA must sign an agreement with GHIAL
and carry full public liability insurance of Rs. 2.5 crores of Comprehensive General Insurance
cover, for the entire film.

You will also be required to provide a full list of crew members for filming. The information to
be included is: full name, date of birth, home address and contact phone number. This
information is to be provided at least a week in advance of filming. All crew and cast will also
need to carry photo ID proof when filming.

A schedule of filming / photography will also need to be agreed with GHIAL.

The airside rates will be decided on the scope and the magnitude of the filming / photography,
and is subject to approval of DGCA (Director General Civil Aviation) and CEO, GHIAL.

Any production house wishing to undertake filming at RGIA must deposit a refundable,
interest free sum of Rs. 3,00,000.

The production house should bring their own staff and arrange for cleaning up the area given
to them for providing food and water to their crew. A fine of Rs.50,000 per day will be levied if
the concerned party does not clean up the area at the end of the days shoot.

Application Fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) should be submitted along with the form and
must be lodged eight business days prior to the proposed filming or photography.
Acknowledgment will be given only after the realization of the payment. The cheque/DD
should be in favour of GMR HYDERABAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED.
