COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, ROSANNA D. ORENSE, of legal age, single, Filipino with postal and address
at Unit 1719 Park Avenue Mansions, Park Avenue, Pasay City, after being duly sworn
in accordance with law hereby depose and say, that:
1.
I am presently leasing Unit 1719 of the Park Avenue Mansions owned
by Mr. Benedicto Jose and Ruby Verzosa located at Park Avenue, Pasay City;
2.
The said unit is currently undergoing major repairs for damages caused
by water leakage;
3.
On or about on or about 11 December 2001 at around 2:00 P.M., I went
to Administration to request for a new wallpaper in the masters bedroom but I was
told that there were no wallpaper available yet;
4. A certain Alem Rectin, foreman, approached me and said that if I will talk
directly with the people who install the wallpaper, it can be done for a price;
5. He bragged that they get to keep one (1) to two (2) rolls of wallpaper per
unit and if I am going to buy it outside, a roll would costs about P780.00;
6. It is clear that what they wanted is for me to get their services to install the
wallpaper they stole from the company;
I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal it may serve.
