AFFIDAVIT
I, ROMEO P. CABAGUI, of legal age, married, Filipino with postal address at
59 General Mees St., Parang Marikina, after being duly sworn in accordance with
law hereby depose and say, that:
1. I am the Project Engineer assigned at the Harrison Mansion Condominium
Project;
2. On or about the third week of December 2001, when we were clearing the
ground floor of Harrison Mansion of debris, Julito Yosoya alias Manok
approached me and asked permission to get scrap rebars to be sold and
the proceeds thereof to be used for the Christmas Party of Admin;
3. I approved his request on the condition that the scrap rebars to be taken
should not be more than 12 inches in length;
4. I did not get the approval of the management because I thought I have the
prerogative to give the approval considering that these rebars will be
thrown to garbage anyway;
5. I voluntarily executed this Affidavit and I was not forced to do the same.
I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal it may serve.
