Paragraph Place
A place is a theme that explains what is this location about like the culture, place
can be defined like the differences or climate. For example GJS has a gym, canteen,
library and a swimming pool while residences like the emerald residence, which is
next to GJS doesnt. Place is defined by everything like countries or cities, cities are
different to each other that is why they are unique places. If places are all the same
then there is no value of place in it, but when all places are different to each other
then there will be interests by people around the world. I discovered that cities and
countries in the future, we all should combine places instead of neglecting each
other. When we neglect each others places there will be no value into going to other
places because people are informed by their government to not go there because it
is a dangerous place, socialization by other places cannot be earned but always
feared by each other if this continues to happen. So we should act like and think like
Martin Luther King because he tried to make the world use the way of non-violence
and co-operation with other places (Countries) so that people will understand the
differences and connect. Our walk-about helped me on understanding the place and
location subject we were learning in humanities, I like to show some pictures from
our walk-about. This walk about session was to make us understand how Place can
make us learn about different places that surrounds us, to make the learning more
efficient we went outside and use our building in school as a different Place. We then
take notes on how different every building is and how unique these places are that
makes them different but also how similar they are. The livelihood of people having
different situations and knowledge between places is common.

Our Walk-about session:
Here we have the Gym, Secondary Plaza B, Basketball field 1 and 2. They are
different because theyre uses are different, there is always similarities though for
example the Gym and the Basketball fields are used to learn how to play Basketball.
