Notice - Cum - Addendum No. 42 of 2016

Addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents
(SID) and Key Information Memoranda (KIM) of the Schemes of IDFC Mutual Fund
Shifting of Branch Office:
The Branch Office of IDFC Asset Management Company Limited at Coimbatore shall be shifted to the
below mentioned new premises from October 26, 2016 (effective date):

The above new premises shall be the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions and the Transaction /
Investor Service Request of IDFC Mutual Fund should be sent to the new address from the effective date.
Shifting of CAMS Offices:
The Branch Office / Service Centre of Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (Registrar to IDFC
Mutual Fund) at Udaipur, shall be shifted to the below mentioned new premises from November 7, 2016

The above stated Service Centre shall be the Official Point of Acceptance of Transaction (OPT) of IDFC
Mutual Fund and the Transaction / Investor Service Requests of IDFC Mutual Fund shall be accepted at
aforestated location from the effective date.
All the other features and terms & conditions of the Scheme as stated in the Statement of Additional
Information (SAI), the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum
(KIM) of the Schemes, read with the addenda issued from time to time, remain unchanged.
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI and SID / KIM of the Schemes, read with the addenda.
