School Bullying Report Procedure

In the event of conflict of any form of bullying between students please follow these
steps.
1) Document and keep track of any evidence of bullying or conflict, including
conversations with either or both students.
2) Communicate to both the counselor and administration the problem and
include evidence.
3) Following conversation with administration and counselor front office will seek
to communicate with students in a safe environment to gather more
information.
4) In a closed door meeting invite parents/guardians to discuss the conflict, seek
means to resolve issues, and issue a decision of future action (if necessary).
5) Teacher should continue to gather evidence if bullying or conflict occurs and
regularly communicate with front office.
