1. Opening Address
The Chairman expressed her gratitude and thanks to all the teachers who are attending the
meeting. He urged all the members to give their countless effort in their noble aims to increase
the English Language performance.

First Term Schools Examination 2015 & AR1,AR2 , AR3 Year 6 Results
Year 6 teachers have to do the analysis by using the programmes provided by PPD Betong.
They have to use the analysis to think of better strategies in learning and teaching in order to
help the pupils to achieve better results during next examination.

Pupils Weaknesses and Suggestion Ways to Improve English Language

Suggestion Ways to Improve English

Language
- Give more exercises on Section A and
emphasizes on subject-verb agreement.
- Bring out more guidance on the basic and
frequently used grammatical items
especially tenses, verb forms, determiners,
subject-verb agreement, articles,
adjectives, pronouns, prepositions,
punctuation, countable and uncountable
nouns and sentence connectors.
- Guide pupils to write and draw the name of
object in mind-mapping and i-think tools in
teaching.

- Carelessness

-Train pupils to double check every of their

work after completion.

English Carnival
Will be carried on as planned from 12 October until 16 October. A few meetings will be carried
out for further discussion on programmes that are suitable to organise.

KSSR and PBS

All the KSSR teachers are required to carry out assessment for pupils based on the learning and
teaching process in the classroom. All the assessment should be recorded. Every pupil should be
evaluated. Year 1 Year 5 pupils should key-in the pupils performance offline by using Excel
format.

School Based Oral Assessment ( SBOA )

SBOA for Year 1 to Year 6 had been carried out. Please refer to Appendix 1 for the results.
MBMMBI
MBMMBI still carry on as usual. Teachers are urged to upgrade themselves constantly to
become more professional. Teachers need to get full use of teaching materials to enhance pupils
skills in answering questions and arouse their interest in learning English. They need to analyse
pupils problems in learning too and think of solutions to handle their problems.

10. LINUS 2.0

Year 1. 2 and 3 English LINUS evaluation for Screening 1 had completed. The result is shown as
below.

11. PCG Provisions

PCG Provisions for the subject is RM 342.00. Teachers already done the expenditure and the
things were received by president.
12. Other Matters
Chen Qi Cheng, Nur Azyra dan Noor Ashsima had represented our school to participate in English
Writing Competition which been held on
