2. Purpose
To prevent breakage of travel motor, we will inform you about following contents which is
described in the field assembly instruction (GJA0008-02,GJA00032-01) after reviewing it.
(1) Procedure for bleeding air from travel motor
(2) Bleeding air from hydraulic circuit work procedure instruction

3. Details
The undercarriage disassemble and ship to overseas. The PC1250 which assemble in
the field remains the air in the travel circuit during the machine is new. We reviewed
bleeding air procedure. Please follow the procedure certainly. We also reviewed bleeding
air from hydraulic circuit procedure. This revised version will be included next field
assembly procedure when it is issued.

Bleeding Air from Travel Motor Preparation

Bleed air from travel motor in assembly procedure (A-17-1). Loosen air
breather and bleed air from travel motor circuit before turning over travel
motor.

Hose for bleeding air

1) Open cap of hydraulic tank


(To prevent dust and rainwater, put cap on filler)
2) Prepare oil catcher at the end of hose (About 20L can/one side)

3) Loosen air breather (5)


(Installed hose for bleeding air before shipping)
Keep to loosen air breather during assembly
(Check amount of bleeding air oil to prevent oil from flowting)

2. Bleeding Air from Travel Motor


Bleed air from hydraulic circuit in the
following procedure when having travel
motor removal and installation,
center swivel joint removal and installation
or cutting related pipe
Keep to loosen air breather (5) which
conducted assembly procedure (A-9-1)

1) Start engine and lift up track shoe on side of


bleeding air by using machine

2) Keep low idling and operate machine in the


following procedure, then be ticked over shoe
(Operate by half stroke of travel lever)

Bleeding Air from Travel Motor Preparation

Bleed air from travel motor in assembly procedure (A-17-1). Loosen a air
breather and bleed air on the travel motor circuit before turning over a
travel motor.

Hose for bleeding air
