SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RICHARD GOMEZ, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, with residence and
postal address at Cebu City do hereby name, constitute, and appoint DAWN
ZULETA, of legal age married, with residence and postal address at General Santos
City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me in my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts, to wit:
1. To file, sign and execute application form and other documents for the HOUSING
LOAN RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM on my property located at Lot 51, Block 1,
AGAN Centro, Barangay Lagao, General Santos City financed by the Pag-IBIG
Fund with Housing Account No. __________, under such terms and conditions which
my said Attorney-in-Fact may deem proper and convenient;
2. To execute, sign and deliver Promissory Note/s in favor of the Pag-IBIG Fund, as well
as other documents that may be required by the said government financial institution
in connection with the said loan;
3. To receive the proceeds of the Promissory Note/s which my said Attorney-in-Fact
may execute in connection with the application for Housing Loan Restructuring
Program; and
4. To perform other act/s that may be required by the Pag-IBIG Fund in relation to the
said application.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or
proper, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
