The Iran Sanctions Relief Program

Accuity Predicts What Will Change

At this stage, nobody knows exactly what changes will take place when Iranian sanctions are
lifted. The definitive list will come from the regulators, including the big four (OFAC, EU,
UN, HMT) as well as the other agencies which are involved. While the circumstances evolve
and the world awaits clarification, this infographic aims to break down the sanctions lists and
make some predictions based on Accuitys extensive risk data.

There are currently 769 entities on the

OFAC list that relate to or reference Iran.

264

Accuity estimates that 505 of those entities will be removed

as a result of the nuclear deal, leaving 264 in place.

A number of entities on the OFAC list are either

aircraft or vessels. Accuity estimates that all 55 of
the aircraft will be removed after the nuclear deal
goes into effect. However, of the 227 vessels on
the list, 153 vessels will be removed, leaving 74
with sanctions still in place.
