MECHANICS
1. All referrals must be submitted using the referral form (attached with this e-mail). Verbal referral will not be
accepted. It is possible for the referring person to electronically submit a candidate's resume on his/her
behalf to careers@cheqsystems.com. If a referred candidate responds to an open job the referring person will
be informed by HRD in via e-mail. This notice verifies that the prospective candidate has successfully
responded to a job to which the referring person has referred them.
2. The Referral Must Be the Candidate's First Contact with CheQ Systems, Inc.: If HRD already has the
candidate's resume and/or application on file for that position, no referral bonus will be paid.
3. One Referral Bonus Per Candidate: Only one referral bonus will be paid for a given hire. If two or more refer
the same candidate to a position, the referral through which the candidate submits his/her resume will earn
the referral bonus. If the candidate should submit his/her resume through more than one referral, the first
submission will be eligible for the incentive. The posting system automatically captures the date and time of
each submission so Human Resources will know which referring person should receive the payment.
4. Referral Fees
***For candidates with more than 1 year software testing experience and not considered as entry
level, the referral fee is Php 5,000.00 if candidate is hired. For entry level candidates, referral fee
is Php 2,500.00 only. No referral fee will be given to failed candidates.
Referral Fee will be processed upon submission of the Referral Form and release of payment will
be processed within 45 days. You will be contacted by HRD once your fee is ready.
The HR Department shall be responsible for approving the referral fee payment. You will be contacted by HRD
once your fee is ready.
5. Management reserves the right to amend the mechanics according to business requirements.
