Near to the S G highway residential area like Satellite, Ramdev nagar, bopal, vastrapur, prahlad nagar,
bopal and thaltej so it is convenient for customers.

For the location of restaurant we chhoose near the Vodafone house one Corporate house plot Survey no-512
Prahlad nagar, ahmedabad is now empty. So we take it on the lease for 10 years around 4000 sq feet. So as
per our requirement it is best site for our restaurant it has also wide area for also garden type of restaurant.
Parking area for customers is up to 30 cars at once.
For this location near the S G highway price 5000/- rs per square feet. So if we buy this Corporate house it is
price nearly 2 Crores Rupees it is huge require huge investment. So We decide to rent any Property not to buy.

Which building we select it is availa ble for on rent 2 lacs/- rs per month and also made a contract of lease for
10years.
Our location site is look like in satellite image it is near to the infiniumToyota and Vodafone house

This is the basic plant layout of our restaurant for 20 table. live kitchen is in the centre of
restaurant which is shown by red colour in the diagram. Three corner in the diagram are
gardens. We decided that in the every corner include 2 tables and 6 tables each side
so 24 tables are arrange on the sides.
