ReigningfromEgypt,AboRidahasbeenaFIFAExComembersince2009.Hehas
servedasCAFExecutiveCommitteeMemberandEFAVicePresident,aswell.Hehas
runhisownbusinesssince1979andalsohadanoccupationinengineering.Heusedto
beafootballplayer,andhadJobswithmultipleWorldCupevents.Heenjoyscharity
work,opera,cooking,internationalfilms,andtimewithhisfamilyabroad.Hevalues

(Switzerland)
Sulser,aformerstriker,playedformultipleclubteamsandalsowasarepresentativefor
Switzerlandsteam.AschairmanoftheDisciplinaryCommitteeforFIFA,hehasnot
beeninvolvedinthecorruptionwebandisanactivistforhumanrightshestrongly
opposesdiscriminatorypractices.Inregardstotheupcoming2018WorldCup,hehas
statedhowtherewillbeconsequencesforRussiaifthereisanyracismdisplayed.

(Singapore)
BeforehiscareerwithFIFA,LimKiaTongservedforover25yearsasacriminallawyer.
In2013,LimKiaTongwasannouncedthefirstSingaporeanleaderwithintheFIFA
organization.Hehadbeenamemberofthiscommitteefortwoyears.Hehasbeen
characterizedasverydedicatedtohispositioninFIFAandalsoleadsAFCs(Asian
FootballConfederation)DisciplinaryCommittee.

MussendenattendedArcadiaUniversityandmajoredinComputerScience.Helater
receivedhisMastersdegreeinBusinessAdministrationbeforeattendinglawschool.

notapermanentsetforhim,buthehasdeclaredhisabsolutededicationtoitwhile
upholdingtheposition.Heusedtobeaphysicaleducationteacherbeforehiscareer
withFIFA.

MontaglianiholdspartsintheCanadianSoccerAssociationsince2012asitsPresident
andDirector.HeisaffiliatedwiththeFIFAWomensWorldCupCanadaandBritish
ColumbiaSoccerAssociation,andheisalsoapartoftheFIFACouncil.Heisa
businessmanwhousedtoplaywiththeclubColumbusF.C.teaminCanada.Hebecame
Presidentthisyear.

DominguezbecamePresidentofthisconfederationthisyearafterthescandal.He
recievedallofthevotesfortheposition.Inlightofsurroundingevents,hepromisedto
revampandrestoretheassociation.Herealizesandstressestheimportanceofthecrisis
athandandstates,"Theirregular,inadequateandimmoralwaysoftheorganizationin
ourcontinentdemandsthatwetakeexemplarydecisions.

43.President,OceaniaFootballConfederationDavidChung(PapauNew
Guinea)
ChunghasbeenaFIFAExComembersince2011.HeisinvolvedinBureau2018FIFA
WorldCupRussia,EmergencyCommittee,FinanceCommittee,MedicalCommittee,
OrganisingCommitteefortheFIFAWorldCup,BureaufortheFIFAWorldCup
Qualifiers,FIFACouncil,MarketingandTVCommittee,andStrategicCommittee.He
becamePresidentofthePapauNewGuineaFootballAssociationin2004.Hebeganhis
careerwithamultinationalcompanyassociatedwithlogging,retail,hotels,and
wholesale.Hehadbeenasoccercoach,player,andrefereeinPapauNewGuinea,as
well.

toolofstrengthtopromotesolidaritybetweentheplayers,clubs,leagues,andMember
Associations.Hispositionhasallowedhimtocampaignagainstmatchfixing,
unificationofAsianfootball,andupholdingasafeaurawithintherealmoffootball.He
hastakenactivestepstoasserttheseprinciplesandridofcorruptionwithintheFIFA
board.

45.President,UEFAAngelMariaVillarLlona(Spain)
VillarLlona,aformermidfielder,alsorepresentedAthleticBilbaoandwasPresidentof
theSpanishFootballFederation.AsidefromtheSpanishFootballFederation,Llonaalso
wasVPinFIFAsUEFAConfederation.Thisiscurrentlyhisseventhterminofficeof
RFEF,beginningin1988.Previously,heservedasalawyer,aswell.Heisapartofthe
Bureau2018FIFAWorldCupRussia,EmergencyCommittee,OrganisingCommittee
fortheFIFAWorldCup,StrategicCommittee,CommitteeforClubFootball,FIFA
Council,andRefereesCommittee.
