FOUNDS :-

(1) Grant in aid from the government.

VOTE :-

Every members shall have right to vote.

AUDIT :The funds of the society shall be audited annually by a qualified

auditor. The account is opened for government auditor to audit.
LEGAL ACTION :- Legal action will be instituted against the secretary and vicepresident for any loss of property or misappropriation of funds of the society.
DISPUTE :On the event of any dispute among member or otherwise the
matter shall be referred to the additional registrar of the societies, Balasore whose
decision final and binding.
SOLUTION :- Open dissolution of the society and assets and liabilities shall be
headed over to a similarly type of registerational society or to government after
satisfaction of all its liabilities and debts.
CERTIFICATE :- (1) Certified that this is the true and correct copy of the rules
and regulations of

(2) Certified that there is no other registered society that name

in the same in the locality I e in the same village.
(3) Certified that this bye law has been duly approved by all the
members of the general body and they are all agreed to abide.
