ECOCRTICA
silenciada a natureza e o mundo exterior.
passa. o que diz Peter Barry, no seu Beginning Theory An Introduction to
Literary and Cultural Theory:
For the ecocritic, nature really exists, out there beyond ourselves, not needing
to be ironised as a concept by enclosure within knowing inverted commas, but
actually present as an entity which affects us, and which we can affect,
perhaps fatally, if we mistreat it. Nature, then, isnt reducible to a concept which
we conceive as part of our culturalpractice. (
(2009: 252)
prtica cultural.
